Its great if you really want an easy solution for yourself and your customers to replace google analytics. Very easy to install as well.

Product analytics has been very useful and insights derived from them are very inspiring. We moved away from GA to usermaven due to its easy to implement the usage tracking on our websites and products. Its has been game changers on capturing every events and it is cookieless which is a bonus features than other tools we used.

I do not see any cons. Not at the moment at least.

Making a change to Usermaven has enabled our organization to make quicker decisions for our clients to improve their business. Sharing the stats with our clients is so much easier as well! Usermaven just makes this part of our work so much easier, we actually WANT to look at stats. Other programs are so confusing it was a pain and often ignored.

Usermaven was straight forward to install and implement! It gives you everything you NEED without all the fluff. There is lots of data there, but it is what you need and isn't overly complicated! I LOVE it compared to the most popular free analytic service because you don't get lost in a confusing interface and setup, you get what you need right up front! I recommend Usermaven to everyone needing stats for their webiste!

Overall experience has been great. The support team is very quick to respond and are eager to help. The product and experience with the interface is clean and responsive. I purchase and use products that look good and are intuitive. Sometimes I just don't have time to try to "figure" things out because of a poor UI. This isn't one of those products at all. I'll be moving all my website and client website to Usermaven to have them all in one area to monitor. I'm looking forward to all the new enhancements and updates to come for this product.

I like how easy Usermaven was to set up and install. I was done in less than 10 minutes and had analytical data ready on my dashboard. Just one simple piece of code installed on the header of my website and done.

I like being able to see all my domains on one dashboard, but if I filter down to a single domain, I would like to see the Conversion Goals filter to just that domain as well. Right now it still shows all the Conversion Goals of my other domains that I have set up in my account. Not a deal breaker at all, just a small peeve of mine.

Extremely happy that I found this tool. It without a doubt the best purchase to my stack on marketing today.

To many, the most important is its ability to add Whitelabel pixel information so adblockers can not detect you while still being GDPR Compliant.

I love how easy it is to track the analytics of a website. The interface is also designed with the user in mind, so it's extremely easy to analyze the data. I like how easy it is to start tracking the analytics of a website. It gives me insights even on what keywords clients found me. You can see the entire journey of a visitor on your website, and to me, this is very valuable data to have. Since I have a web design agency, I also started implementing Usermaven on all the sites of my clients, to also easily see the results of the new website design. I've been a big fan of Usermaven since signing up for the product. They're also constantly improving the product, and do well with communication and keeping me updated about new features.

I can't think of anything that I don't like. This is just the perfect website analytics tool for me.

I really wish they would give access to all features, even if it comes with limits; This would allow for the trial of the features to determine if the upgrade is worth it. I also have found that syncing of sites can be a bit buggy at times, where I need to refresh my dash to see it. That said, I never lose any insights or data.. so more of an interface annoyance.

Due to privacy concerns, we were looking for an alternative to Google Analytics. We finally decided on Usermaven, which comes with a generous free plan and a great UI and team. It is also very easy to implement - just add a few lines of code to your website and it automatically tracks site visitors, events and more.

I haven't found any cons yet and will update this review if I do.

So far im impressed, onboarding was fast and easy, setting up and tracking custom events and properties took about 2 hours.

The auto-tracking feature is by-far some of the most complete and well-made executions in the industry. Its accurate, descriptive, and the ability to white-label the pixel is incredible and adds a ton of value since you get a more clear picture.

It's still missing time to grow, but i hope they will continue to move fast and in the same path, missing custom reports, custom dashboards, custom widgets, more options for conditions.

With privacy concerns over anything provided by google I needed a privacy focused analytics solution, to replace google analytics for myself and my clients. I decided on Usermaven as the UI was appealing and their product easy to set up and use. As it was a new kid on the block the features at the time were slightly lacking but the development team is great and new features are being added all the time.

No cons at present looking at their road map the the features I'm missing now are on there and I am confident in the development team that they will implement them effectively.

I've been super happy to subscribe to UserMaven since its start. The team is solid and the app was usable since start and it's getting better day after day, replacing my GA. I love the UI and UX and using it and getting the right insights is a breeze.

With a very polished dashboard and clean metrics to read, it's a valid alternative to GA and very light, it doesn't bloat the site. The team behind the app is super solid and they are delivering a great tool, I'm super happy about the insights.

The Dashboard can't be customized with custom branding colors and the attribution is not part of the plan I signed up for, which I think it's not right as it's not a product-only related metric.

UserMaven has been an amazing tool. We use it in my agency to get the clients proper numbers (as GA gets blocked by ad blockers) I'm waiting for UserMaven to mature and integrate WooCommerce

It's easy to install and tracks buttons without the need to painstakingly setup, unlike Google Analytics. It's also relatively affordable and doesn't overload us with information, unlike Matomo

There's still no integration with ecommerce nor reporting tools for now.

It is very easy to view the information you are trying to analyze and it it easy to understand. Some analytic products get too complicated and difficult; not Usermaven.

I have yet to find anything specific I do not like Usermaven.
