Game. Changer.
ExhibitDay solved a plethora of issues but the top 4 solutions were: 1. ROI. Period. It literally is a must-have! 2. everything my team & I needed to know was in one very convenient and user-friendly place 3. budgeting & tracking spending was so easy! (no worrying if someone messed up the formula in a spreadsheet) 4. the task board makes it so easy to assign tasks with deadlines to people on my team
PROS- Google calendar syncing because it eliminates that extra step - The Budgeting and ROI feature is KEY to see how much you’re spending and truly if you’re getting a return on the investment - Annual Budgets feature because it is helping us to plan for next year’s events - The Staff & their travel tabs are incredibly important to communicating who is attending and reflecting their flight and hotel information - The shipments tab is AWESOME! Tracking shipping for trade shows can be one of the most challenging obstacles in this industry. Everyone who is involved in the conference has access to all data real-time, including tracking numbers and expected shipping dates. - The Playbook! Absolutely brilliant!
CONSIf I HAD to pick out some things I wish were improved on, I would recommend syncing the exhibit dates/times with calendar specifically, I would love a mobile app, and the ability to add clickable links for the event agenda and shipments tracking.

It is truly a comprehensive, easy to use tool for everything associated with conferences. Since it caters to the nuances of the job, it works better than a traditional project management tool. You will be surprised at how it streamlines your logistics and saves so much time!
Reasons for switching to ExhibitDay
During the BETA period, the number of helpful functions was enough for me to make the transition from the previous system I was using. Every few weeks the ExhibitDay team would provide an update of new features and functions that solidified my decision to stay with ExhibitDay permanently. I began requesting certain functions and they would accommodate immediately. This is when I invited our whole team to join and use this tool for all conferences moving forward.

Game Changer for marketing trade show managers
Amazing tool. Love the manage assets feature, tags - being able to sort shows by country, size, industry is great. Our staff loves it and it has helped with show budget management too.
PROSImagine this...instead of using one gigantic spreadsheet, you can manage all of your trade shows in one place. This tool is ideal for those marketeers whose organizations participate in multiple trade shows throughout the year. The best part is the transparency. All your staff can have access and access ExhibitDay onsite so if you aren't there, and they are missing carpet that you ordered...your staff has access to your receipts! The playbook is amazing, imagine not having to create itineraries on your own, put them in the playbook.
CONSI just wish there was an app in ios for ExhibitDay.
Reasons for switching to ExhibitDay
ShowGo was antiquated, wouldn't work on a Mac, user experience was clunky and visually not appealing. Difficult for reporting, and limited access.

I enjoy that I can have all members of my team on exhibit day to review tasks and specific events they are assigned to.
CONSI wish they had personalization options for emails. I wish they had a better export system and reporting system. Also the integration for automation is extremely pricey.

Worth it if you have a large team or multiple colleagues
Great way to keep a large group informed and organized for trade shows.
PROSLove the fact that there are many ways to capture data for a program, and the data is corrected in real time. Also, there are unlimited licenses to share amongst large teams.
CONSWish there were integrated graphic visualizations for spotting trends. Wish there was a dashboard function. Wish there was a way to customize the chart which is exported, because I don't necessarily need to export "everything", every time.

Exactly what we needed for tradeshow management!
We've been using the product in full for about 1.5 years now and have many good things to say. It's transformed how we manage our events, taking us away from having to log everything in a spreadsheet (ick). Customer support has been responsive and feedback for updates to the product is always acknowledged (not always implemented, but acknowledged).
PROSThis software had nearly everything we needed to manage our tradeshows, events, sponsorships, etc. They are receptive to feedback and we've even seen some of the changes requested implemented and/or they offered a workaround solution to help us out. This product covers event information, travel reservations, expenses, budget, and more.
CONSLike any program, it's not perfect, but I feel we are getting 90% of what we initially sought. There are some wishlist items, such as autosave, adding custom fields for a link, more areas for basic information, or changing types of information needed based on the event type.

Absolutely worth the purchase!
Overall, Exhibit Day has been a lifesaver for event management and planning. I would recommend it to all event planners. It is one of the best marketing tools that I have discovered.
PROSExhibit Day has been so helpful when planning 50+ events. It has a great system to add tasks, where you get email notifications when tasks are due to keep all of your deadlines straight. You have the capability to assign who is attending the event, so they can see the schedule and what all needs to be send to the event. I also like you can assign tasks to multiple people. The events/tasks always integrate with your outlook calendar so you can see what is happening or needed in the future.
CONSI would like it to be more mobile-friendly.

Great trade show management tool for organizing information for a large sales team
Overall, we've had a great experience. The ramp up time to start using it and getting value is really short, so it's easy to start small and add on use cases as you get more experience with the tool.
PROSExhibit Day makes it easy for us to keep information in a way that makes it accessible for our entire Sales team to stay up to date and for us to manage deadlines and other details with respect to specific events.
CONSSome of the information around budgeting and tracking expenses is a bit clunky to work with. In addition, making changes to events, adding new events, and adding details to events takes a lot of clicking and scrolling.

Getting an application designed specifically for trade shows or events added a lot of specific capabilities.

We love Exhibit Day!
It has been a game changer for us. It has really helped keep us organized and the ease of creating a report when someone asks "what shows are coming up"?, has been so great!
PROSPrior to finding Exhibit Day, we were using spreadsheets to keep track of our tradeshows and regional meetings and it was exhausting! This makes things so much easier! Everything is right there for the whole team to see, so if there is a question while someone is out, it is very easy to check ED to find answers!
CONSI would like more places to just write notes. I don't like using the notes section on the first page because then it makes the "grid view" wonky, so I just use that for quick notes- like "planning complete" or what my immediate next step needs to be. I also don't like that the "task bar" has moved to the side- it was better at the top.
Reason for choosing ExhibitDay
Most software is aimed at the people planning the actual tradeshow, not the exhibitors, so ExhibitDay seems to be unique in this aspect. As exhibitors at a LOT of shows, this was exactly what we needed to be able to put all of our spreadsheets to rest!

Great for companies who exhibit
Great organizational tool for us. It’s made tracking and copying events year to year so much easier and more efficient!
PROSIt’s easy to use and customize. I love the instant reporting and downloads to excel. I use this feature a lot!
CONSThe tabs used to be at the top and now they’ve moved to the left due. I find it harder to find the tab I’m looking for. I wish that the user could choose the tab location .

Ease of use. Customer service exceeded my expectations. [sensitive content hidden] was great with onboarding our team and getting us started. Constantly making improvements based off of customer feedback.
CONSI think the budget feature could be a little more robust so we can see line item by line item.

Why I love Exhibit Day
My experience has been great! I went from using a spreadsheet and email folders to keep track of show info. ED has been a game changer! I am soo much more organized. I like having all of the event info in one place. *Chef's kiss!*

I've only used it for a short time due to being a new hire but I have used it every single day!
PROSI love the task management feature and how easy it is to edit or make changes to tasks, I also love how it sends an email to remind you of a task due date!
CONSCant think of any, maybe if I could see when and what time I or my team member completed a certain task

ExhibitDay allows us to manage all aspects of our events in one place - scheduling, logistics, tasks, budget and much, much more.
PROSExhibitDay is extremely easy to use, very intuitive. With no instructions required, you can easily navigate the tool and begin using it immediately. There are also several sections to allow you to best determine how you want to leverage ExhibitDay to most efficiently manage your events.
CONSI haven't yet identified anything about ExhibitDay that I would recommend improving.

It works as advertised
ExhibitDay works as it is designed to. There may be some things that can be developed, but for now, it is helpful in my tasks and duties.
PROSIt certainly helps find details quickly and it organizes the events chronologically.
CONSFor now, I thing it can still be developed. Maybe signature, marks or notes by other users with access to the events, edit history.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I like that ExhibitDay is user friendly and easy to use. The amount of info our team is able to store in one spot is exactly what we need!
CONSThe cost is a bit high and I wasn’t granted a partial credit when I levelled up plans mid-month, so ended up paying twice in the same month which was disappointing.

Tradeshows made easy!
I've only had it for a few weeks but it has been great so far! Really easy to use and have shared it with team members to visibility.
PROSI like that I can compile all the information I receive all in one place!
CONSI wish there was more customizable buttons or options, such as adding categories.
