Time + Project Tracking Made Easy
Dinvy is a great partner! The customer service is super quick and they are incredibly open to feedback.
PROSI have two favorite features in Dinvy.1. As the administrator, I was able to set up the different tasks that my team could select from ensuring that when I pull reports, things are not missed. With our previous tool, everything had to be manually entered which meant that slight variances in spelling or phrases would track the same tasks as different.2. I love that there is a very easy-to-read project dashboard that tells me exactly how much of the allocated time and thus budget, has already been used. This has been a great tool to use for our own records when we are writing new proposals.
CONSThere are very few rebuilt reports which means pulling any reports requires building them yourself. For customization this is great but it would be great to have simple reports built out such as Monthly Overview etc.

Time tracking software with a fine-tuned focus
I've researched and trialed various time tracking softwares, and it's so refreshing to see a product like Dinvy take such a pointed approach in the space. Oftentimes, it seems like time tracking softwares try to be so flexible and fitting for all use cases that they lack a true focus. Dinvy, on the other hand, hones in on the important relationship between time tracking and budgeting in a powerful way. There are tools within the software that make the process of tracking hours in context with billing/invoicing a piece of cake. Additionally, as someone who utilizes both admin and user features, it's clear that the team understands the different roles and needs of various entities on any given project. Great product, and excited to see how Dinvy continues to evolve.
PROSDinvy, overall, is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. As someone who utilizes both admin and user functions, the UI is very intuitive; the organization and overall accessibility of the features currently available within the software is easy to navigate through. Additionally, I've really appreciated the customer service—it is clear that the team is passionate about their product and prioritizes their users' success with it.
CONSNothing specific - excited to see how Dinvy evolves as they fine tune the interface/software and add more features! Also excited to see what integrations will be developed in the future.

Dinvy Ascent - feature rich and growing
Loved the experience of onboarding and speaking with the founders of the company. We love how simple the time tracking process is and how their emphasis is on features and ease of use.
PROSThe dashboards are the most impactful part of the platform. Reports are important for understanding how we spend our time on meetings or researching for projects but we love how the dashboards quickly display the overall health of our accounts and projects. We can easily understand how we’re tracking to finishing a project and see available budget and how many hours are remaining.
CONSAs a new company, there are features we would love to have but can live without until Dinvy is ready to develop them. It is great being part of the process and speaking with the [sensitive content hidden]of the company to share what we’re looking for and provide input on that design and development process.

Dinvy Ascent - great time tracking software
It's a nice easy program to track time and budgets, we are a smaller company and it fit our needs. Customer tech support was great, emailed questions were answered right away, and you tube videos are available too.
PROSClean, user friendly program to navigate. I liked the daily/weekly time time tracking. Easy to use and not time consuming. The timer feature is a nice option when you work on project more sporadically. The ability to see the percentage of budget used kept me on track. Tech support was also great - questions were answered right away, & there's short you tube videos to walk you thru as well.
CONSThe billing/invoice process was a little tricky - I believe those areas are being developed more.
