A true gem for project planning and management
Incredible software, support and communication. I highly recommend anyone running a business especially in Tech that needs a solid project management software.
PROSI've used so many popular mainstream tools for my job and as an entrepreneur. I love Calido over all of them. It is feature rich, easy to use and makes planning efficient and fun.
CONSHonestly there isn't anything that I don't absolutely love about Calido.
Reasons for switching to Calido
Calido has all of the features I need and has better pricing than the competition.

This was a pleasant surprise
I used the trial feature to suggest to a friend of mine to buy the software. I liked it and he eventually bought it. I considered buying it myself but found out that services like Trello was enough for my workflow for now.
PROSI mostly liked the usability of the overall software. Most parts was easy to understand and set up. This is where many other similar PM tools fails greatly.
CONSSome small UI design was not that polished and probably needs some work. But it goes away from your eye pretty quickly.
Reason for choosing Calido
I only considered Plutio over Calido before trying Calido. But in the end the pricing of Plutio was too much and unfriendly for startups unlike Calido.

Difficult onboarding but is worth it.
Unimpressed with onboarding and not hooked. I am open to new options.
PROSVery feature dense. I'm mostly interested in project management and this is a great options.

The best Project Software so far
great.
PROSSimple and immediately intuitive product. self-explanatory and fast learning curve
CONSfaster implementation of features would be very desirable and interfaces to other development tools

PM Software Plus So Much More!
Great product, easy to use, great customer support, and a constantly growing team, all gives me confidence that Calido will be around for a long, long time, and that means a long, long time within my workflows and businesses, so I look forward to being a long-term customer.
PROSI'm just getting used to it and still learning everything it can do, I keep finding other areas I can use it for in my business and product launches, and it's slowly taking over things some other software can do, too. This is becoming one of my most used tools, and I plan to use it with clients as well. So far, Calido is not only great, but it's constantly growing and getting better.
CONSNothing to speak of here at this point, and if there are any (small) gaps, rest assured the team knows about it and is working towards a solution.

Calido is so close to an all in one product and project management tool, it's great. I can roadmap all of my existing products and projects, and start to map the ones I've been thinking about for future build out. I see this as being as close to an all-in-one management system for my businesses as there can be
