It is One of the tools that i have used in my working life. It has great functionalities to handle the work and tasks. I am impressed with type of errors options that we can select by drop down option except writing much about the issues developers and tester can easy to understand the problems. It has Kanban chart and more charts options that provide us better way to generate report, track work and calculate the productive hours.

There is not an single thing that I can suggest to add and improve because all things are up to date.

It has 14 days trial period that must be increased upto 30 days. Also its internal diagram based, chart based report generation required session before using so, means it is little bit complicated but overall it is reliable and cost effective software.

There is nothing dislike things but it is little bit complicated to understand so takes few hours to understand.
