Good solution for new small businesses
So far my experience with Pilla is positive. My business will continue to use the platform for HR, performance and safety management.
PROSI like that Pilla integrates all the features that I need as a business owner, but woudl have to buy separate products for. It makes it super easy to find and enrol new talent.
CONSAs a new platform I think there's still room for improvement. There's no native app, my staff has had a few issues logging in, checklists aren't as intuitive to use as I thought they would be. Having said that, [sensitive content hidden] is super responsive and I trust that all of this will improve quickly.

Pilla is easy and simple to use
We used to use Pilla book but the App is much easier and takes up less room! It sends reminders and I can do it on my phone if the work iPad is busy.
PROSIt’s really easy to use, easy to edit, effective and really easy to implement for others.
CONSNothing- it does exactly what it’s supposed to

Liam is a great host and really easy to get hold of if you need help. Pilla is really simple, looks good, easy to use and that’s all I want when asking staff to complete it daily
