First solution to really help us on managing remote software development teams

PROS

I is very easy to create release plans, defining tasks, assigning to the users, tracking the evolution of the work. Then, when a bug comes, we can easily search for related tasks and check which components were modified that may be related to the bug and who was working on it so the person could be contacted and asked for help if needed.

CONS

The mass update of artifacts was not an easy feature to use.
