We are able to take the updates of the schedule progress from the field in real time. Instant customer feedback with photograph upload and ratings helps us to understand the customer satisfaction level.
CONSSome times the location is not enabled for which also we got support from Trinetra on enabling the pre-requisites automatically when the application opens.

Real time monitoring of the executives on-field
Good
PROSTrinetra always provides the best to their clients. Exact updates on schedules with feedbacks from the customer with photograph is very much helpful for the organisation to know the client satisfaction easily. The next plan to provide high service to the client and plan for repeat orders from the existing customer.
CONSSometimes the location update of the executives on-field is not properly got in trip summary, as they work in remote areas most of the time.
