Great for schedules and training
Easy to use and and I wish more retailers used it
PROSEasy to use, can use it on personal phone on the app as well as a browser. Can view schedule anytime, and check punches. Easy to do company training. Also messaging board feature for the team.
CONSSometimes it doesn't load or there are SSO issues.

WorkJam review
Workjam has benefited our employees with an effective tool for private messaging, as well as schedule management and workflow improvement.
PROSWorkjam's ease of use and capabilities allow for all tiers of our agency to be more productive. Having a mobile version to take for off-site work lets our field staff communicate more effectively with team handling testing and research.
CONSThe disadvantage of WorkJam is that on certain channels, notifications from a main thread just will not stop. By the time a user opens the chat thread, it becomes inundated with messages that it becomes difficult to understand the flow of conversation.

Hints Towards Great Potential... Some Day
People are reassured their schedule is as asked for without double or triple checking. It would be nice to be able to contact coworkers some way. All in all, It's almost more hassle than it's worth, it's easier to just snap a pic of the paper schedule since not many other services are provided. Oh! Don't change your phone number after setting it up, not without registering your new number before losing your old one. It's a huge hassle to get a manager to call Workjam and reset everything. Idk why they made it such an obstacle rather than have the standard "trouble logging in?" email link to follow.
PROSI love that it notifies you the moment a change to your schedule is made, there's no last minute surprises.
CONSI feel it should show more than whether a coworker will be there that day, but also what hours they're scheduled for. I am also disappointed many of the features (group chat, time off requests, etc) have been started to get developed but appears to have been placed on the back burner indefinitely. Those lacking features would make it a decent app.

Work jam in demand!
Overall work jam has kept me employed , and on track so its definitely getting a thumbs up this way.
PROSI mostly like being able to access my schedule and changes or updates to my schedule at any time.
CONSI feel like there should be more features and access to things work related.

WorkJam au top
Le fait de consulter son planning, faire des échanges de shifts, communiquer c’est le nec plus ultra de la gestion employé.
CONSUne certaine lenteur dans l’application en fonction du téléphone que l’on utilise

Useful day-to-day platform for staff, although missing some features
WorkJam is definitely a good tool for checking what other stores etc are doing, and having common forms stored as training documents saves time, but to get the most out of it, you need your entire team to commit to it.
PROSWorkJam is super easy to set-up and use, which is great for not-as-tech savvy staff. The channels feature is great for sharing stuff between stores in the same state etc, but the messages feature need everyone to check it and use it to make it useful.
CONSIt does sometimes have some login issues, and seemingly can take a while for platform integrations to be configured (like Kronos Workforce Central).

Not The Worst, Not The Best
It'd a decent work app, it does its job but there is a lot of work for improvement.
PROSI liked how WorkJam showed everyone working the day of your shift and around what time to take your meal break. The messaging co-workers on the app was pretty convenient as well.
CONSMany times the WorkJam App has been down so I was unable to look at my schedule and timecards. It would also notify me that schedules were changed when there was actually no change at all. Trying to navigate the app was/is confusing. Still have no idea how to work the requesting time off in app.

WorkJam is easy to set up and navigate
I like the ease of navigating the app/software. I’m able to see open availability of other employees in case I need to switch shifts with someone, and that takes the guessing out for me.
CONSI have no complaints. I really enjoy this system.

Workjam as a accesible tool for work
Accesibility, app in phones, features, organization
CONSYou can’t add two works, it only permits access profile of one job at a time. So I have to select from one of my two jobs to have access to everytime
