Ray Connects the BDD community!
Ray connects the community on so many different levels (through the feed feature on a fun and personal level) and through insights on a professional level. It makes all of our services and shared spaces accessible to anyone at any time and helps us promote and sell addtional services. Our favorite feature is the book space feature that helps the community easily book meeting rooms and shared spaces along with the report an issue feature that ensures we offer the best quality service to all of our tenan and manage requests internally!
PROSThe feed feature along with the report and issue feature and the book space as well. It is easy to use both for our users and our teams internally!
CONSWe have too many intergrated softwares into the app, wish Ray could add features that would replace them!

Evaluating the collaboration between AUB and RAY
My overall experience with ray is excellent. The employees are good listeners, open to comments, and problem fixers. And the application is very user friendly, with a good display. I am happy with the collaboration between RAY and AUB.
PROSWhat I like most about RAY is that it is very user friendly. The display, the way the application works and the way it integrates with the user helps the user to understand its use better. In addition to that, the communication between AUB and the employee at RAY is very good. The employee is always there to listen, and fix all the comments directly. This is making the work much easier on me. Not to forget that, the employees I contact and communicate with are very open to all my comments, I directly find my comments solved.
CONSThe only problem I am facing is related mainly to our community at AUB and not to RAY directly, is that I am unable to attract a high number of users. That's a problem I want to solve and find a way to attract more users from the AUB community to use the application.
