Great value

Does what I need it to do at a sensible price.

PROS

Simple pricing and keeping features light means you don't get buried trying to set it up.

CONS

Would like to be able to put my own branded fonts in which is from google fonts and have a bit more control over the typography in general like letter spacing etc.

Totally Legit!

So super easy, it's kinda fun. This actually motivates me as a solopreneur.

PROS

The intuitive interface is simple and allows you to work so quickly, that you feel motivated to find a new prospect to send a proposal to!

CONS

There's only one issue I found, but it's not a Prospero issue, so much as it is a desire of mine. I'm a designer, so there was one are where I wished I could add a title - but it definitely wasn't an issue that would affect the proposal's effectiveness. In fact, the design of the templates is VERY nice.

The speed at which you can generate a proposal is unmatched.

Great Product... make sure you bookmark the site though.

Project proposals used to annoy me. It used to be the one aspect of a new project I dreaded. Now I don't even worry about it. Prospero makes it quick and seamless.

PROS

I love this software! It is so easy to use, quick and to the point. I never have to worry about my client having issues viewing the proposal and responding to it. The software also gets regular upgrades that make tracking how my clients interact with my proposals a breeze!

CONS

Finding this site on Google is next to impossible. I can almost never find it when I want to show it to someone. I've bookmarked it now, but it really has no presence in search engines! Additionally, any communication you get from the software doesn't link you back to their site (Inconvenience), forcing you to google them (see above) or remember their URL.

Reasons for switching to Prospero

This is far faster and has features like online signing. The proposals look great on any device and are highly customizable to your brand.

Prospero is great for contracts (and wix integration)

PROS

I loved the ease to create a nice looking contract from a template and easily add a digital signature. I love the configurable fields so I can easily pass in the payment plan number or the one time payment plan. Fabulous! The wix integration was nice for having the client name and email address auto-populated in the contract ( saves time and is perfect everytime).

CONS

I would like if the wix plans numbers were available for contracts for autopopulating, other than that, this tool is great!

Its super easy to use

I use this Prospero to do all of my quotes in.

PROS

I love this software, it's simple to use and does the job I need it to. It makes your quotations look professional and knowing the info is so easy to access from the cloud when I need it really helps.

CONS

Can't fault it really. But if I could have one thing it would be that I could have a generic quote that would automatically replace the client's name throughout. At present, you can clone an old quote but then you have to go through the whole document and replace the references to the client you cloned the quote from.

Efficient and Customizable

PROS

Building templates for our proposals makes it incredibly easy to smoothly transition from sales pitch to proposal and invoicing without loosing valuable time in the process. When our clients want to buy, we want to get the ball right back into their court immediately by having a proposal in their hands minutes after we conclude the sales pitch. Prospero allows us to do that efficiently.

CONS

Currently, it only integrates invoices using accounting software, whereas we use Stripe for our payment processing, so there is an added step in our process because of this lack of integration.

A Proposal that always succeeds!

PROS

Apart from how professional the whole proposal looks and easy to set up, it really comes down to its responsive design. As clients most often are too busy to view large proposals from a desktop/laptop and reading it along with accepting the terms of the proposal from a phone makes everyones life a lot simpler! This sets me apart from all the other prospects applying for the job, and I can't thank prospero enough!

CONS

I have been using prospero for a while now! And I haven't come across any faults with this platform. Its perfect the way it is.

Beautiful proposals and contracts

I have had a great experience with Prospero. They have been incredibly receptive to feedback and are looking to make a quality platform for their users. I would absolutely recommend Prospero.

PROS

I love how easy it is to create beautiful proposals and contracts that can be tailor-made for individual clients. This is a perfect option for freelancers who are looking for an efficient and cost-effective way to create professional-looking project proposals. I've already recommended the software to several small business owners, and have received very positive feedback from my own clients about how great their proposals look.

CONS

There are a couple of options that I'd like the proposals to include so that it was easier for my clients to choose their preferred project specifications. I sent my feedback to the Prospero team and they were very responsive to my request.

Easy to use

Brilliant product! Makes life so much easier

Excellent. The tool itself is great. And the team behind it are fast in responding to questions or concerns. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very helpful, prompt in her responses and really worked with me to help me fix my issue.

PROS

It's such a time saver when writing proposals. Firstly, the actual inputting of content and formating. Most is automatically done for you. Secondly, the ability to create and save templates is incredibly useful when sending many proposals. Don't have to constantly write new proposals from scratch. Really a superb tool!

CONS

I don't have anything in particular. But I guess it's always nice to have more customization options. There are already plenty of ways to customize. But as a designer you can never have too many toys to play with!

Proposals finally made easy

Seeing my close rate, and monitoring where proposals stand as well as how many time the client opens it up is fantastic.

PROS

I have tried I bet 9 other proposal software solutions before I used Prospero and this literally made my life easier. Easy to set up and maintain. Nice tracking features as well.

CONS

Not a lot missing right now. Some additional functionality in the future would be nice.

Made proposal-writing easier, and increased my sign-up rate

PROS

Once I had a template built, getting proposals out the door became super fast and efficient. Also, having the digital signature option seems to have increased my sign-up rate! Win win.

CONS

A small issue with OPT-SHIFT-arrow (in other editors it selects text a word at a time), where it sometimes duplicates text. Small annoyance, and not worth reducing stars for.

Simple Proposal Software that renders beautifully on all screen sizes

Prospero helped me upgrade the level of service I offer my clients. It's brought greater transparency to my proposal process, and increased my clients' confidence in me and my company.

- How mobile-responsive it is; my clients can view their proposals on any device - Several templates to help you craft your proposal professionally - Granular customization of font, color, background, etc; makes customization easy

- Too few payment integration options; limits your options for allowing clients to make payments from the proposal

Quick, easy and effective proposals that stand out.

I get more proposal approvals in a faster timeframe than when I created proposals manually using pdf and waiting for clients to manually signing, scanning and sending them back to me.

PROS

It's so easy to use, love the templates to give me ideas for laying out and wording my proposals. Clients love being able to sign and approve the proposals online.

CONS

I'm happy with the features of this product. An undo button would be nice.
