It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

It can be confusing - and overwhelming. So many features that you can get lost just in features.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

I would say I am happy overall. Great product and have got the customer support whenever I needed.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

No more scribbled post-its that get lost or physical task charts or private excel files, everything is visible and we can stop bugging our project manager constantly.

That was a bit of a learning curve for me personally but the Tech support staff was pretty helpful in pointing me to the right solutions. Now that the system is up and running it is very stable.

Easy to keep control of a project, easy to personalise items and easy to share a project/information among the organisation.

User interface can sometimes be difficult to navigate. Making reports can be difficult at times.

I also like that the reports are customizable. We have been able to integrate a lot of reporting into Celoxis that was previously done using Excel or a similar program.

Celoxis is a very user friendly software with all important features. It is fully customizable and has Open API which made him superior than other tools.

It's a great tool for managing projects and budgets. If your team is medium-size (15 people) Celoxis is a must in your company.

The great part of this software is the ability to update information in the Gantt chart as needed.

We have been on this product for over 3 years with outstanding product support, consistant and meaningful upgrades to features and UI.

The standout feature is the flexibility of Celoxis which allows for a great deal of optional customisation.

Ease of use, Reports capability, date is presented very accurately and clearly. By looking at the dashboard give a clear picture of the project.

The software is easy and flexible to use. In case you dont know how, customer service quickly responds and helps to find a solution.

Celoxis get's the job done and has a very responsive support team.

Some features making are difficult to develop.

Usability of the Celoxis system for PMs reduces if they are unable to have all their human resources in the system and making the entire tool ineffective.

Integrations with salesforce and rest api for other apps if required. Integrated time entry and approval.

Even the 'Custom Fields' can be customized to show for only specific types of projects which is awesome. The concept of 'Workspaces' which separates out the department-wise projects makes it unique.

Powerful and good layout, nice design, effective to use once learning curve is overcome.

Flexible and powerful reporting offering many ways of customizing product, including dashboards. Simple yet useful script-based formulas usable in custom fields and thus in reporting.

Overall it is a very powerful tool at a reasonable price.

I've used many other project management software programs before and Celoxis satisfies all of the basic requirements. It has an easy to use interface and their support is great.

Gantt charts and financials work well, we don't really use the resource and workload functions but they are good. Significant upgrade over Wrike for cost tracking and forecasting.

Poor UI, so consideration seems to have been taken to usability of software. Feature set limited, moving items on KanBan does nothing to effect status.

Flexible PM / PPM with great reporting and projection.
