I like that Avaza simplifies issue, time and cost tracking on projects. Integration with third-party applications is an added advantage as it advances capabilities.

For my own personal use, though, what I probably like best is the notifications sent straight to my email - including the fact that I can directly access finished projects/documents from those emails.

I think the software is a great solution for simplifying my business processes, is easy to use and does everything I need and more.

When in doubt or have questions the support team is very helpful and responds quickly. The live demonstration was very useful and helped answer a lot of my questions.

No way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application.

While there are some issues with Avaza, they're all very minor. Simple things like limited viewing options for time sheets, the inability to assign tasks to multiple users, and the limited templates.

Avaza is a very powerful tool for managing timesheet and projects scheduling, it is very easy to add your timesheet on daily or weekly basis. Scheduling is also a very easy and flexible.

I just get confused and get lost with so much reporting options. Also, I think the report should be under every particular subject.

It is a web-based tool, which unfortunately means there is no PC/desktop version to utilize when offline, you need to be online to make use of this.

Also of great help is the reports ability which enables us to quickly generate customized reports from all the data loaded onto the platform.

We have moved to Avaza from the model were we used much more expensive PM software and our own billing software. Super happy about having everyting in one place.

Very good experience so far. It has been very helpful getting the business organized and streamlined.

Furthermore the timesheets are well integrated into the software. The collaboration with internal and external (customers/suppliers) people is well designed and easy to manage.

I like that I can track my projects and tasks, and easily produce an invoice (based on the integrated time tracker) at the end of the month.

What I and my team members liked very much, is intuitive and simple interface. Also, it has many reports and good support.

The timesheet and expense management features are really beneficial in Avaza and the ease of accessing all the data is really great.

The ease of use for the users. It is very easy to add your expenses during a trip and a few clicks later your boss can review your expenses before it gets repaid on the next salary.

Works fine with the photos, fairly OK to identify expenses, and also VAT etc. Hopefully it will be even better when we have used the system longer.

No possibility to split a receipt in different accounts. That is a huge downside in the system, and will be the main reason for considering to continue or not.

If banking details are not filled out correctly by employees, it can result in errors upon uploading file to the bank.

The new coloring in the mobile app, a light coulor with wihte text is not optimized.

We miss the functionality to split receipts on different projects.

There are no controll of representation as followed by Skatteverket. You need to know it by your self.

I can easily report my expenses with the right receipt and get them into my accounting software. The OCR is the best in the market, I've never needed to complement any numbers from a receipt scan.
