User friendly, effective controls,  cost effective,  easy accessible for end users once over Cloud and fast performance.

User support has degraded considerably since bought over by Oracle. Support requests take forever, forget about getting any enhancements into the roadmap and scaling performance is a pain.

Along with the easy use of integration, other third party applications can easily stay connected with the ERP Cloud application.

Price charges are more comparitively apps available in markete. Some scenarios are not integrated with other modules.

Overall it has been poor,  it takes me longer to get things done with it and is cumbersome to use and learn.

I really appreciate the fact that it compacts all the trasactions of the company. Once you have entered the data to the software it is added to all the other records automatically.

It was a great tool to use for managing inventory and issuing purchase orders to vendors.

I am new user and I find it very easy to use. Tracking and finding is so simple and the updation of real time basis is amazing feature.

The Oracle Java forms can be made compatible with all the browsers. Currently chrome browser does not work well with Oracle.

I liked it for small batches of receipts for a small group or an individual. I think it unweildy for a big batch of business expenses.

Great customer service allows for a smoother transition of your business applications to Oracle ERP Cloud.

Its programming is very senstive, a small type error can leads towards differnt results. Its implimentation are tough.

I have been working with this technology for quite a while now, and Oracle has been great support.

For some reason the web based solution for this would crash often.

It is necessary to have a faster response at the time of any problem. In addition, it is essential that we have two or more standard balance sheet and statement of results formats.

It is nice to be able to export files into Microsoft Excel and be able to manipulate data as you please. It is a good tool for buying and managing inventory for your company.

The entire application is spread sheet friendly which accountants and end users love. Journals, invoices,suppliers, budgets etc can be loaded using spread sheets.

Its immediate integration  help business to to perform tasks more efficiently. Report building is so easy.

The customer success team is simply fantastic, and the team as a whole is very responsive. I've enjoyed working with them and getting to be a part of their growth as an organization.

Parallax is still starting out. So over the months there have been a lot of growing pains that we've needed to contend with – mostly in the form of workarounds.

I have been using Parallax for the past year and have been extremely impressed with its functionality and ease of use.

It's easy to navigate through and the graphs are easy to look at and analyze.

In addition, their customer success team is amazing and has helped guide us (and still is!) every step of the way.

The team is amazing, the software is amazing, I literally can't recommend this enough. This is head and shoulders about its competition.

The Parallax team is the key to their success- they are very helpful, knowledgeable and always have a great perspective on options to integrate the tool within our business' current systems.

It's really powerful in regards reporting and it's also really easy to use. It offers integration with other tool our organization uses for time tracking.

It is easy to add to people to teams and managing projects is overall mostly clear and understandable.

Adding hours allocation is also difficult since we typically do not plan daily and a feature where I can add hours daily, weekly or monthly would have made the ramp-up a lot faster.

Navigation can sometimes be confusing. There are many layers to navigation, and they sometimes aren't visible until you've clicked through a layer or two.

There are so many things & options, all in not so obvious locations. Graphs & tables do not have consistent colors across the board and it is hard to locate a key for what everything means.

It is easy to use and navigate, add team members to a project and manage the project as it progresses. That said, I do believe there is room for improvements to make it a more robust software.

The UX, the connectivity with our CRM and Harvest, the reports are amazing.

You can also view the total accumulative hours and budget per project and ensure the project stays on track.

Parallax is shaping up to be a great software for agencies that want to keep a finger on the pulse of financials and resource management.

The URLs don't capture the state of the interface you're looking at (different insight views, date ranges, etc.), making them useless to bookmark and copy/paste to other people.

This is made more complicated because URLs can't be bookmarked or copy/pasted to coworkers. The URLs change periodically, which makes them useless to bookmark.

Really happy with the support we get onboarding. It's a big piece of software and I like that you didn't just sell us a license and then let us figure it all out.

Projects that have a long duration and potentially have multiple people that jump in and out that creates a messy project shape.

I love the integration with our sales tool (HubSpot) and our time-tracking (Harvest). It gives us a central hub to see all in our various information both in and out the door.

Not intuitive, poor layout, poor color pallet, data discrepancies, limited reporting, lacks needed features.

Overall, Parallax has been extremely helpful for us. The tool is easy to use and update, and the team is very responsive and helpful in solving for our resource planning and project planning needs.
