We do have some missing features that I believe they are working on providing as some need new development.

Ratality is an amazing company and a pleasure to deal with.

Some reports on the system are inaccuracies due to duplicates and they cannot be deleted easily. Some employees found the system very difficult to use.

Sometimes my internet connection is really slow in the end of the month and it takes a toll on the app -  the routes can take a very long time to load and it can cause some stressful situations.

Quick results with the easiest route whether it’s train, bus, bicycle, etc. Also does seven days in advance to plan ahead.

I use it every day and recommend it to everyone who needs public transportation.

Ve traveled far with it and it stuck with its word.

This is an awful app, the information is never correct, the GUI is clunky and not very user friendly. I have many times opened tickets and nothing has ever been done about it.

The results are unclear sometimes. Some routes were overlapping in the screen.

I had a bad experience with this app when I got a bus. The schedule is not accurate and It usually doesn’t get the arrival times right.

Only problem I had, I was running late and typed in the time. Even though I knew there’s a bus in two minutes I wanted to know the route and it only showed the next bus in half an hour.

I enjoy the GUI and the overall app experience.

I also love that it picks the best routes for you so you dont have to figure out which buses you need to pick. I also love that it tells you how many stops are left before you need to gwt off.

Moovit is very useful for small, frequent travel within the city within a big city when understanding the context you are in is important.

Moovit has been a life saver in terms of public transport. It's much more reliable than Google Maps and it gets the job done in a user friendly manner.

Overall this is an amazing app and it has helped me become familiar with my city when i first moved here and helps me everyday so i never miss my ride.

I love the look & feel of the app, it feels natively friendly. I also love the itinerary flexibility, it really builds on real life behaviour when you change your mind on the go.
