Issuu is great for designers who want a means to show their work. The booklet template is very straightforward for clients not used to Issuu.

I've been using issuu since 2011 and I've been a fan ever since. It's also really easy to get your booklets printed - at a way more affordable price than most places as well.

I love how easy Issuu is to use. When you think about the end product it delivers, it's totally amazing.

We are able to archive the student-led newspaper and submit the newspaper to journalism contests through issuu. The students love how polished their work looks and they LOVE the page flips.

Easy to get up there, but no traction at all and no interest from customer service.

It has been a good plate form for my profession and work I do. Good representation and efficient layout make it appealing for users.

Sometimes it’s hard to find solutions to problems.

The quality is excellent. We love that we are able to use html to embed it on our website and can use it on social media, too.

Issuu is helpful for me to share my catalog with customers. M able to save the issuu link on my phone and share when needed.

I need to talk to a human, I have questions but there is no way to do that.

The only problem we have run into with Issuu is the limited update and replace options.

My primary use of Issuu was to upload publications for viewing, linking, and embedding on a website. All of this functions worked great and integrated with our site seamlessly.

But the problem that I have you can not own your own domain name. At least I have not seen where.

User interface is simple and intuitive. It's easy to share my work with my clients and the end product looks great.

Overall, I have always had a good experience. It is really easy and intuitive to use.

Good choice for small publishers on an even smaller budget.

Issuu provides a great product to be able to make and distribute wonderfully expressive content and materials.

Not something I'd ever stop using it for, though.

It creates a beautiful digital booklet that we are proud to share with our donors and the community through our online platforms.

There wasn't anything that stood out to me as a negative.

MagHub solves the co-ordination of the publishing business. Each step of the process integrates smoothly, almost without human intervention.

Im glad i have this system as a tool vs a super complicicated SForce.

The help options are great especially the chat team.

The platform is very user friendly, I love the app and I can't rate their customer service high enough.

The charts and gadgets presentation is excellent. Our bookkeeper is able to stay on top of invoices with the the aging reports which are excellent to check every week.

Browser based, fairly intuitive to use, admin from my team members is good.

While I may not use all of the components of MagHub, I am a daily user and am certainly appreciative of its many features and ease of use. I highly recommend MagHub to anyone looking for a CRM.

Also, when I have tried to sit in on the video tutorials when new features are released, the presenter moves so fast that I get nothing out of them and so have stopped watching.

The templates of our documents is limited and not very flexible. The system is American and we are Canadians.

Integration to our existing system was difficult because of the inability to develop templates combining form specifications to cost of ad for quotes and purchase price.

I like most about maghub how easy it is to navigate client accounts.

I feel Maghub is a great value and easy to use. Technical help is great too.

Easy to use for my client base, and we recommend it often to others. It is simple, has a beautiful interface and is straightforward.

The support is really great. Everyone has been very helpful at every turn.

The only problem I have is with the way A/R ages. We have to have the due date set 1 day after billing date in order to get the A/R report to age properly.

They are extremely helpful in prospecting and keeping track of my monthly revenue. I am able to look back at prior years to determine call rotations too.

It's very easy to use and help is always just an email away. Loading our sales history was important and easier than we anticipated.

MagHub does everything we need it to do from a CRM standpoint for a publishing company. It checks the most boxes and has great customer service.

Cost savings, efficiencies, faster user acceptance and a shorter implementation process.

We are able to easily see our print vs. digital subscribers, and comp subscriptions for our prime advertisers are now also easy to track as well.

An added plus for us with MagHub is the availability of their Data Warehouse which has opened the door to integration with other 3rd party tools.

And I love that our credit card processing is integrated with MagHub, so any payments processed by credit card are automatically recorded as paid.

The staff are a pleasure to work with. They are constantly trying to improve the software.

The live chat support has been superb, giving me the answers I need right when I need them. They are courteous and thorough in their effort to help.

Customer support is outstanding and makes all the difference is using this product vs others.

MagHub allows me to capitalize on opportunities and stay on top of my brand.

They listen to your feedback, I forget what I wanted functionality for but it wasn't an option.

It is nice to have all that information at your fingertips. MagHub integrated with a lot of third-party vendors which allows us to collect client data in one spot and share it with our team.
