Powerful tool offering a wide array of insights
KPI6 is a valid tool to get information I need as a support to make decisions about product development. You are 99% of the times able to get valuable drivers in absolutely no time. For instance, I often run research on both social networks and forums to understand people's frustrations or value points when they talk about a certain product. It's faster and less expensive than an institutional survey and it lets you get more granular on details of interest or to find new topics to explore. Once you learn how to use it, the only limit is your fantasy and approach. You can really get data about possibly every topic in every part of the world.
PROSOffers more insights than the standard platform, especially the Audience/Lookalike part which is something really unique. Granular data, with a powerful dataviz and a rock-solid methodology. Ability to filter for countries and languages, which is really valuable. Its UX too is a core strength: flexible, customizable and functional. It saves you a lot of time.
CONSThe filtering system could be improved, it's sometimes a bit difficult to get an accurate deep-dive. No learning center, which can be limiting for new customers, but it's a non-problem given the quality of the 1-to-1 academy and customer support.
Reasons for switching to KPI6
It was more convenient, given the fact the price was lower and it had more features overall. Moreover, the English/Italian direct support is great for Italian professionals.

Innovative and flexible tool NLP - AI - Sentiment Analysis
With KPI6 we worked on building several use cases on different industries. We collaborated to create the C-Trust Index, an index to measure the impact of the pandemic in terms of people's trust and propensity to buy. We worked on the creation of Custom Machine Learning to analyse the city's main issues of interest (safety, health, etc.) and we are continuously working on new areas of development.
PROSThe tool is easy to use and has a very good UX/UI. The support is also always there and above all the team and the tool are very flexible and always ready for new technological and business experiments. The tool has excellent features related not only to sentiment and emotion analysis, but it is a great tool for analysing audiences and building key business personas. Furthermore, with the Custom Machine Learning feature, it is possible to build ad hoc algorithms to specialise the tool in new sectors.
CONSSome limitations related to the social pages to be included or the maximum number of keywords for queries and filters can be improved.

KPI6: listen the word of mouth
In general, the tool allows you to carry out interesting analyzes on online conversations, with an excellent level of proficiency. The graphs that the tool creates have nice views and can be exported directly to be inserted into reports or other documents.
PROSThe tool is very efficient for listening to online discussions, especially those that take place on Twitter. Once the search has been set, the tool allows you to drill down on the data collected and to deepen your research.
CONSThe query setting, the keyword set up can be a bit cumbersome, especially at the beginning when you have little confidence with the tool.

Not just social listening
We use it for everything. I think it is very useful in the decision-making process to avoid having to manage bad choices later. It prevents, for example, from publishing or making changes based on the personal taste of a few, but from looking at trends and accompanying us in a parallel binary to what is the mainstream.
PROSThe possibility of social listening not only on a superficial level, but to work on data by investigating the nuances and interests of users is priceless for a company's communication strategy. Our strategy has totally changed since using the platform. We have more precision, of course, but also more questions and more creativity.
CONSPerhaps the possibility of directly downloading graphic reports with impactful infographics based on our data.

I have used kpi6 to extract strategic insight on different issues and to study audiences behaviour and purchase intent on several indistry. Kpi6 support is costant, professional and timely. It was also useful to highlight strategic trends and new topic of discussion within audiences of interest.

It is not just a social listening tool
We use it for everything and we worked on building several use cases on different industries using KPI6. We can understand consumers, identify their needs, and define audience segments.
PROSIt's a very user-friendly tool. It has a lot of features related to sentiment and emotion analysis, but also it is a great tool to design useful insights on audiences and on relevant topics. The tool offers more insights than the standard platform, and we can analyze better all the data thanks to the data visualization part.
CONSthere are no features I like less then others

The most advanced Social Listening tool
The platform allows to get insights coming from real time interests instead of past behaviors, this helps to better identify the Consumers DNA.
PROSThe platform is not only related to Social Listening, it is a suite that includes also many advanced tools such as images recognition, polygon for overlapping analysis and a powerful panel as Global Web Index

Tantissimi cambiamenti in pochi anni
Sono riuscito a esaminare l'audience di un mercato piccolissimo in cui la mia agenzia non si era mai misurata riuscendo a intraprendere delle collaborazioni che prima non avremmo pensato di portare avanti. Mi ha aiutato a conoscere in poco tempo le caeratteristiche e i pain di un segmento di consumatori che nemmeno io pensavo esistessero.
PROSI cambiamenti più profondi si notano nella gestione degli insight delle audience, non sono ancora riuscito a trovare altro che a partire dal listening riesca a darmi informazioni su macro segmenti di pubblico o micro nicchie.
CONSSi vede che stanno lavorando molto, ma la parte di listening di MarketEar presenta ancora i classici limiti di usabilità che ha caratterizzato nel tempo questo tipo di strumenti.

Il dato che diventa notizia grazie a Kpi6
Esperienza complessivamente ottima, qualità delle analisi fornite all'altezza delle mie aspettative per creare prodotti editoriali divulgati su media online e tv, di portata nazionale.
PROSLa visualizzazione degli aggregati di dati è molto semplice, traducendo la complessità delle analisi in immagini e letture accessibili e chiare. Ho apprezzato la grande versatilità della piattaforma, non avendo mai riscontrato problemi tecnici. Grazie a Kpi6 sono nelle condizioni di creare contenuti editoriali di alto valore apprezzabili e comprensibili da un vasto pubblico di utenti, partendo dal dato messo servizio della notizia, oppure trasformando il dato stesso in notizia. Ottimo il supporto del customer care per il settaggio e per capire le funzioni e le potenzialità dello strumento.
CONSLa piattaforma è già abbastanza accessibile e customizzabile, si possono ulteriormente sviluppare questi ambiti di utilizzo, sebbene siamo già ad ottimi livelli.

The tool offers a high degree of insight into the data, especially in the Audience/Lookalike section. It also has a high degree of customisation to meet specific needs.
CONSImportant limitation is to take data from Facebook and Instagram. To do this, you have to manually identify the pages.

CONSL'AI ha alcuni problemini con la sentiment relativa al contenuto politico ma il team ha predisposto dei sistemi di rinforzo di apprendimento per ovviare a tali problemi grazie al feedback degli utenti.

Servizi ottimi e Assistenza puntualissima
Varietà dei servizi, qualità e celerità dell'assistenza, intuitività delle dashboard.
CONSMancanza di chiarezza su alcuni dati forniti (ad esempio solo dati relativi e non assoluti) oppure sulla metodologia per ottenere i dati. Le dashboard sono molto belle e intuitive ma magari una parte scritta di nota metodologica potrebbe aiutare a chiarire alcune parti.

KPI6 è uno strumento davvero facile da utilizzare, le dashboard che produce sono intuitive e restituiscono risultati di qualità.
