The support from the team at eboss is great. Really quick and easy to use, great template set up and you can change things yourself and not wait for them to do it.

It is for perm only, no temp features at the moment. That not a major thing, as you can work around it.

Eboss is very user friendly, its easy to navigate and has not been made un duly complicated.

I offered numerous times to do it ourselves by they kept ignoring our requests and insisting on charging us. The situation got so bad that I had to involve our lawyers.

But worst of all, when we decided to leave eBoss, they acted very childishly - despite that we had been clients for over 10 years.

We had been a long term user of eBoss in its earlier iterations and whilst it was it was easy to use and always great value for money; this new version is simply outstanding.

Working with eBoss is great. The database supports my business, it keeps the admin organised and as an administrator, I get an overview of everything.

A further strong point is that the licensing is well priced and highly scaleable, which is invaluable in good as well as difficult time. I would look nowhere else.

Very rigid and narrow-minded. They openly suggested to choose another CRM if you are unhappy with their ways.

The little struggles sometimes on sending email's. Or when we need to make a new search, we lose the previous one, even if done on another page.

Really easy to use and keep track of jobs and people plus manages GDPR very well. All with a nice interface.

It also features an easy to implement job board that integrates with your web site. The licensing is very flexible and cost effective and minimal training is required.

When searching for a common name in the system, it could come up with hundreds of records. If I only have a name and no other information, this system makes it hard to identify the right one.

In addition to providing timely support as needed, they have also collaborated with us on several blog posts and podcasts for cross-marketing opportunities. We can highly recommend working with them.
