I think steams is a great student tracking and managment system
Overall we are very satisfied by this product.
PROSI like the fact that we don't have to purchase our own database. Steams actually solves that problem where we can use their system to get all the student information directly from the student.
CONSWe need web integration so users on our site isn't redirected. We want steams to be utilized as a schedule and purchase type of product for our students. This should be a feature that is optional and hopefully will be implemented soon.

They are more expensive and also steams has a better data management system.

An ambitious CRM Suite with a potential for growth
It has generally been a satisfying CRM solution to use, very easy to learn and yet offering a rich stock of features to play around with
PROSI like the versatility and multi-feature offering this software has. It handles all the necessary CRM needs of a company. I like that it give customers and potential customers a free ride on a limited version of the product.
CONSTheir billing system still needs to be improved, this will go a long way in improving trust on the brand

Scheduling and booking software for small businesses
We use it to keep an overview of registrations for classes.
PROSAfter the intial set up, it is easy to use, and one of the cheaper options. We have not needed their customer service but heard only good things from friends. Does not try to rip you off like some of the bigger companies. We have only used it for free classes so far but are thinking of switching over from our current provider to host it all with steams online. Integrates well with other apps and providers.
CONSBit of a learning curve to set up but really easy to use from then on.

Awesome Product!
[sensitive content hidden] and the Customer Service!!!! These folks are FABULOUS to work with!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company- they REALLY CARE for their customers and making their product as viable as possible for the customer's needs.
CONSIt's not really a "Con" but there are many more features than I have had the time to get to learn. If I took the time to get to know it, I would probably be using even more of the features!
