  • Pros

  • Integrations and automation with other systems make a very useful and fluid toolbox that actually makes life easier.
  • Good app for tracking tickets and issues quick and responsive. Love how can you customize the whole dashboard.
  • Cons

  • When there are large about of mini-tasks some of them can get lost. Unable to merge issues to another project.
  • Confusing settings requirements for some user modifications needs (esp. where mapping/editing workflow schemes are concerned).

  • The best part is you can easily drill in to the issues and see the apps listed and continue to drill in to them to find the issues being presented.
  • Wonderful presentation in the dashboard to see all components. Intuitive configuration for monitor and alerts.
  • Cons

  • The same as with all SolarWinds products, their licensing model is obsolete, not adequate for service providers or for any enterprise looking for consume-based billing.
  • Sometimes could be difficult to setup what you actually want to monitor and see on the display page because it has so many filters and options.
