The ability to connect and manage client PC's was reliable and functional. Also, adding anti-virus, backup and web protection was a good feature.

Overall and cost effective solution for monitoring systems which normally would be a manual process.

The single pane of glass to manage antivirus, backups, in detail alerts, and asset tracking is really nice.

I have already learned a great deal working with their platform.

They are still growing and adding on. It sometimes gets a little frustrating that all the toolsets are not directly integrated into their RMM platform.

The management of the alerts and system is the best overall of the competitors. Would recommend as long as the PSA tool links to it well.

My customers like the fact that their systems are being patched weekly and the document backups have saved us multiple times.

Solarwinds is building a very broad set of tools helping MSPs and admins manage corporate IT users, networks, and assets.

Provides excellent traffic analysis evaluation that greatly assists in resolving network performance issues. Customer support is very professional.

Allows me quickly connecting to users machines without user interaction. Patch management feature allows to easy control all updates on all machines.

Needs training to use, so many things to do, it can become easy to get lost or forget where the lesser tools are placed or what their called.

This Software does all of the heavy lifting and will save you time and money from managing your network the manual way.

I am able to keep the clients I have engaged and continue to service them with other IT needs. It works great for improving the client's performance and increasing my bottom line.

Sometimes to the point of making the device you are remoted into really slow. Tried everything suggested on SolarWinds website to mitigate this to no avail.

We have been using Solarwinds RMM for quite a while now and have been very happy with they business relationship we have formed, easy, cost effective RMM with loads of features.

The issue was value for money. They courted us to come back with better pricing and all the improvements.

It's easy to use and deploy and is packed with functionality.

After losing one of my larger users, the flat rate platform fee made the overall cost a bit much for the remaining users.

Several years ago, before Solar Winds acquired this product from the vendor I was using, the features and pricing model worked well for me.

I like that everything is so nicely sorted out. All issues are clearly visible, and the Wall-chart is amazing.

What i like most about SolarWinds RMM is the the integration of multiple software solutions in one location. Also the SSO to other RMM software like Backup is great.

They refused my cancellation and have continued to bill. From their NetSuite: The cancellation has been submitted.

They will take your money or ruin your credit trying.

You can set parameters for the monitoring both local and devices over the network. Other features available are anti-virus, help desk, notifications, etc.

But it was rejected 5/3 and 6/3. What a terrible company to deal with.

We really enjoy the ease of use of this product, we're able to securely monitor all our customers workstation  and be more proactive.

Its a new solution, so they have issues, but they do seem to take care of them rapidly.

The best part is you can easily drill in to the issues and see the apps listed and continue to drill in to them to find the issues being presented.

Wonderful presentation in the dashboard to see all components. Intuitive configuration for monitor and alerts.

I think the best thing about it is that its demo environment where you can easily test the functionality of this module of SolarWinds.

The fact its a core Orion component, it integrates with all other items well, allows views of storage and various other thing.

The same as with all SolarWinds products, their licensing model is obsolete, not adequate for service providers or for any enterprise looking for consume-based billing.

I have been using SolarWinds for two years, I have evolved many deployments of SolarWinds SAM. If you want to monitor your infrastructure from a single console this is the best solution.

What I like most about this software is its simplicity and accessibility. I am using this software since I joined my project and believe me it is very easy to learn.

I liked that it offered many options in how to add devices and how to configure, what your organization chooses to be important metrics, etc.

Sometimes could be difficult to setup what you actually want to monitor and see on the display page because it has so many filters and options.

Also Easily to setup custom monitors for Windows application servers. Easily setup alerts when issues are detected as well as email out when integrated with email server.
