Great software for sales, very user-friendly solution. Integrated with Salesforce, all calls are logged and recorded.

I've been using Aircall for 3years now, and I am quite satisfied with its simplicity and flexibility. It is easy to set up and sync with other CRM tools like Zendesk, Hubspot, Planhat, etc.

Aircall has a great UX, like that they also have a desktop app and webapp, good integrations as well.

It can be a little confusing to understand the log of calls at first but it's not a deal breaker to using the app.

However, I have used worse before, so I wouldn't discourage someone from trying it out.

We had a great experience with the mac os app. The customer service is great, they answer to the phone quicly and help us when needed.

It is really too bad that they have such a bad sales process because my team really likes their product.

And plus all that, the customer service it's so fast and always help me to solve one or two issues.

Meeting people around the world became easy and cost-effective.

Aircall has a nice user interface which is easy to use.

I tried to dispute the charge but despite having documentation showing we only had 3 users for that month, I was still charged.

Aircall is easy of use, so as a Customer Service Manager, I really appreciate its simplicity as the learning curve is very fast for new team members.

If you're looking for a starter service to make and take sales calls, then you can do worse than AirCall, but know that there are more feature-rich options out there.

I opted to go with Aircall as it not only allowed us to be free of wires, but gave good insight into when our customers were calling, and recording this information in their HubSpot profile.

Easy and very intuitive software, i love how works the iOS app and how works the desk app in my office.

The support has been confusing and slow, and therefore it's necessary with this negative feedback for their team.

We use Aircall for customer support, we like it as it's easy to use and we can have people choose between an English speaker and a French speaker agent, which is a must have in Canada.

The desktop app is self-sufficient to receive calls, and I should say the quality of these calls are just awesome.

AIrcall was easy to setup, super easy to use and the onboarding was second to none.

Easy to make a call within HubSpot. The dialer is within HubSpot making it feel native which is nice.

These options are often only available at larger enterprise level solutions, so we have been pleased with what we can get for the price.

I am a sales person and aircall's call quality is brilliant. No cracking up like hubspot.

It has an attractive interface and has very favorable pricing for what it is if you have a small team of 3-5 people.

I love that Aircall integrates with our CRM, and Support software making call logging fairly seamless. Setup for users is simple, and updating customizations for audio recordings is easy.

Everyone on our staff hated every moment of AirCall. They begged to switch from day one and then everything started going progressively worse.

However, for the times it has worked well, it's fantastic, so that does count for something in my book.

Very intuitive and easy to use software. Communications are good.

I liked the service system in the sale and I liked the ease of calls.

Once you understand the functionality of Aircall, it is a great software that includes the desktop app and the mobile app. The quality of the calls is flawless.

The user interface is really nice and clean. Something I've found lacking in so many other VoIP providers.

You have to pay for an extra person to be able to monitor staff.

The notification system is really great - it overtakes your screen when a customer makes contact. It is perfect for the quick reaction towards your customer.

Lack of quick responses (email templates), but they can add features  on their roadmap upon request (https://dixa.com/features).

The quality of the calls are fantastic, 98% of the calls going without interruptions and with good sound quality.

No major issues or items that I would dislike. Maybe the lack of text to speech options to create recordings and prompts.

Cheap, efficient and all about customization, this is what I can say about using Dixa.

This led to some confused conversations with the customers.

Always blaming you when their integrations are medicore. They didnt want to give us our ported number back to keep us in the contract.

Web client is easy to use and chat integration works perfectly.

When we managed to eventually (6 monthes) get our number back, they think we should pay for their service even though we canceled monthes ago. They lock you in and you cannot escape.

Different channels to communicate with the customer (phone, chat, email). Good analitics & API integration.

It works great for us and I can even call it the best solution we have tried so far. Dixa definitely worth trying, besides, it is free in case you want to try it.

Currently, our team is more than satisfied with the outcomes that we got for that price.

It started off fine with big promises and no limits to what the software could do.

I especially want to highlight the great team behind Dixa and the fact that they are always available and open for feedback.

They dont have a clue whats going on. Customer support is terrible.

It is convenient to use dixa for a call-center and easy to build a team work upon each business proc.

They are great at working with you to make it a great experience. If you are a traditional contact center I would recommend giving them a shot.

Features that are missing are coming up this year.

The soulution we have now, is back to the original, but at an increased price.
