  • Pros

  • I like that there is an app for it and you can communicate with your team even if you are not physically in the building. I also like that you get an email for messages that are not read.
  • User friendly, creates community and assists in obtaining information from team members quickly.
  • Cons

  • Unable to set up to an Apple Watch. Or at least it would s difficult to do so.
  • Sometimes I find myself missing notifications from Flock.

  • I evaluated around ten other project management tools before selecting Paymo. Tech support is friendly and responsive.
  • Absolutely perfect for invoicing clients and keeping track of recurring costs with features as its clients POV.
  • Cons

  • Some features wait for upgrade, iPad integration missing.
  • When I tell people about Paymo, they immediately think it's a financial tool, not a project management tool, based on the name. I would hate for this to hold Paymo back in the market.
