Pros
- I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.
- The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.
Cons
- Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.
- It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.
Pros
- The team is very supportive and will work with you to help you achieve your goals. Fenero is a very cost effective robust solution and is the back-bone of a successful call center.
- Per minute billing and easy to set up. User friendly UI, takes just one sys-admin on our end to manage the software.
Cons
- We have had issues with timing errors if there are too many records in a campaign, so having to clean up campaign to avoid posting errors can be a pain.
- There's a rather steep learning curve and answering machine detection absolutely bad. I lost a $56,000 call-center contract because Fenero doesn't know how to listen for a voicemail beep.
