I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.

The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.

It has a Google Docs integration which is perfect when you share too many documents. I like that you can edit online and the 15g of free storage.

It's perfect for storing your files, I own a business and I'm also a Web Developer so keeping my files in a secure place where I can access them anytime and from anywhere is very important.

Google drive is very easy to use because of its very friendly UI and it has many good options like sharing the documents to other users and also i can use all office 365 suites integrated to Drive.

It is a very useful tool for storage for example if you want to share large files format to your customer or supplier you can share it to them easily and the Google drive is very user friendly.

Super easy to use and pretty easy to organize. Thumbnails give a big clear preview of the file which is  helpful as well.

Now that I know how to use it, I can't go back. The version control is super easy and helpful, having access to the same document at the same time as someone else is one of the best features.

Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.

Another great advantage is that I can upload ANY kind and type of file. And last of all, because all my other google products are easily integrated, it stands to be the best.

It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.

Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

What I like the most is the ability to share documents easy and fast across computers/users. I'm able to collaborate with ease and at a fantastic price.

Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.

The health metrics are a bit...Opaque. We struggled to really connect many of them to an actual improvable change.

There is so much to say about how great this solution is. However, as a Consultant, I find the greatest outcome of SysTrack is the level of insights into my clients' environments I'm able to extract.

We grumbled because this ruins the toolset a lot. We got a bespoke dashboard from Lakeside which allows us to work around the issue and it's apparently being put back in the newest version.

The support team are always willing to help and go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

The amount of data collected is not always easily understood and does require some time to understand.

Used in the right way, this product can assist you in delivering proactive and intelligent customer service.

Can be difficult to navigate at first but once you have the concept of how the data links it's understandable.

The quantity and quality of data that SysTrack collects has got to be the best I have seen without putting unnecessary strain on local resources.
