I use it with my work's Cisco phone system in the office on my Android phone. Call clarity is superb and it functions flawlessly.

At times the call button does not work (free platform), so there is a need to restart the application and it works well afterwards.

Well, this software is pretty basic. Pretty easy to use, recognize all number.

The inconvenient I remember is that the only status in which calls do not enter is offline. In any other status you put, in break or unavailable, calls come in the same.

How difficult it was to connect my headset to it for some reason the setting id selection would change back to default on their own.

Sometimes I find myself missing notifications from Flock.

I like that the bot reminds me of meetings and notifies me when I have meeting invites. I like that I can accept the invite within the app.

You can't DM multiple people, hard to manage a lot of different conversations which we need a lot in our organization. There's parts of the UX that is just clunky and annoying.

Getting stuck in a long conversation can be annoying at times.

The reminder app is my favourite. My love that I can get in contact will my coworkers.

Its free version and affordable for plans, messaging, voice note and file sharing helps allot.

The unpaid version has limitations such as you loose your old messages as a user.
