Our version of SRM can be difficult to teach to new staff.

The software is all inclusive,  it handles our Inventory, Work Orders, Day to Day Business, & has very strong reporting abilities.

THE REPOTING IS VERY POOR. DOESN'T GIVE YOU MUCH OPTION.

Can be difficult to navigate with so many tabs and folders. Hard to find what i am looking for sometimes, but still in the learning phase.

The daily close is so easy and fast. We highly recommend this SRM program.

Texada provides quick and accurate support of their product. Support staff knows the product well.

Love the ability to issue a credit almost instantly for some of the invoices. The ability to work not in the office is a great feature, especially as we have all learned during Covid.

It is very user friendly and they are able to customize reports as needed to suit our business needs. Support always responds very quickly to train or resolve issues.

Ease of use and superior tech support. The rental side is superior.

It is easy teachable to new employees. It does great record keeping as I go into to a history of items almost daily.

The staff at Texada is always very pleasant and helpful.

The feature that I like most about this software is actually the customer support that is associated with it. Always a great experience.

We had been using the old version of Texada rental store program for over 30 years and we knew it well and liked it.

There is so much built into this product. Whatever you need, it has and they aren't pushy about it.

Texada employees are capable, sincere and they care. They do have a good product and the price is very competitive.

I am just learning all features available - software user friendly so far. Customer support very very good.

WELL ONLY USING TEXADA FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND SOME MONTHS, IT IS EASY TO USE, I LEANRED IT FAST AND IT DOES WHAT I NEED IT TO.

After upgrading to the current product we have found navigation better for our new staff. Having the ability to utilize mouse clicks it is more user friendly & comfortable for them.

It is difficult to learn and understand for new staff members. I also don't like the reservation system.

Not difficult to understand / learn. I would like to rec the webinars so that i can utilize more of the software that i currently do not.

The software is easy to use. I've learned a lot of helpful hints from the help desk and others from Texada who support our companies.

We will get record locks is the most common problem. I don't if it is the software or my internet.

Completely happy with the new system and would recommend it to everyone. We can train new employees easily and fast.

The software is capable of using different pricing structures for each client which helps in a volatile pricing market that we have right now.

All the screens and how you interact with the software is almost identical making it easy to understand and navigate.

The system is very user friendly, a big improvement from the previous version. Support is very friendly and helpful.

Because the software is so customizable, it is extremely complex. This can cause problems if the person configuring it does not understand all of the processes and how they work.

As we have associates leave, there is no need to replace them.

This is a pretty straightforward process. Might seem complex at the beginning.

Every thing is so neat and tidy, and once learnt, this is the easiest system to work with. Has a very user-friendly interface and has the ability to change the appearance with a limited selection.

We use it in almost every department. It has a really good client support and INFOR promotes a lot of events and trainings.

Factory management improved, production planning and material purchases were improved a lot by the use of INFOR M3.

Sometimes implementation time drags on for objective reasons.

Good support both from consultants and web portal. Very good documentation available, lots of details on the setup.

Had some trouble with communication in China (servers in Sweden) - possibly problem for everyone outside China.

Infor support team (Elite customer) is excellent. Consulting engagements are sometimes not so great - it depends to a large degree on who you get.

Support from Infor is very good. Investment in the product by Infor continues to be significant and  is showing results.

Overall appreciate the efficient and stable system that addresses most business needs.

The profit from implementation is always the improvement in the organization of work and hence the costs.

Still recent software which means that the knowledge of APIs and new ways of using it are limited in both our organisation and in the consulting world.

We moved off of an in-house application to M3. Once integrated with our existing systems and processes, we are able to better track and use our product data.

Really appreciate the Infor & Overall Infor M3 very good & helpful for using.

Nice erp system, but requires a lot of knowlegde.

This list can go on and on and I am still working on new ideas and solutions to improve processes and experience for our users.

And also for sales, all accounting are inherited from order. Workaround exists, but it is still a limitation.

Some of the solutions/enhancements I've been able to create using base M3 functionality and integrated tools are. Integration with MES System.

To conclude, I am an avid fan how the capabilities and also very active in the M3 User Community.

Output management (for forms such as customer invoices or packing lists) has long been a weak spot but that is being addressed with new tools being developed.

User experience makes easier introduction of new hired colleagues. Flexibility in configuration helps to add new functionalities fast.

It's very customizable to meet your needs without loosing any performance. Infor OS makes it even more easy to use and more intuitive, alerts for tasks that you need to do are just great.

Proven, mature ERP is getting modern UI at last.

Being able to personalize and make some moderate (and cost effective) additions to the program allow it to grow with our business.
