AMAS is Great!

To the dealer that just said that the web-site does not show correct balance for dealers.....you need to know that they are in the process of upgrading the servers. AMAS doesn't own the servers in the cloud that do the reporting. Now, as a power user and implementer of AMAS in multiple stores, this is probably one of the best systems out there. From a POS standpoint, it is a breeze and is very capable of handling 100's of dealers and mulitple POS workstations. The settlement reports are dead on accurate!

Unreliable, not "real time", no support.

PROS

Easy to use if and when it's working correctly. Very basic and self-explanatory, a first grader would be able to navigate this site with no problem.

CONS

Today I login to find it every settlement, every sale, and every history reads 0. Huh? Many times does not update until the next day, or even two days. I count on this software to manage my inventory, and to know what I need to bring to the mall to fill spaces. Very frustrating!

Look for another system

Would prefer a more direct system as an end user.

PROS

Monthly reports are good. Daily report depend on the mall and AMAS for updates.

CONS

An update/maintenance in December....for retail??? No! And it's taking days?

I think they still run MSDOS

what software company in 2015 still uses basic software functionality. This software sucks. I am a dealer and about 30% of the time it doesnt show the correct balance on my account because their website went down. it looks like MSDOS and was put together by a 4 year old (appears as such). I wish my antique mall would choose something else.

AMAS has problems.

I would rate this AMAS program at the bottom of the heap. At least 4 to 6 times a year their program or servers take a dump and don't work. All you have to do is go to what-sold.com tonight and see their servers or their systems have NOTHING about today's uploads as well as past settlements. They SUCK!!!
