The software can process and organize a great deal of information. It is also highly configurable, thus enabling better reporting options.

It can be complicated to use and depends on good set up to be user friendly.There seems to be an inability to fully function within the system without using affiliates to perform functions within software.

I wish we could customize the program better for each different division within our company.This is a great program to keep all our information in one place with easy access for all our board members. We are new to the software but look forward to learning all the ways it can help us stay organized.

I wish there were more options regarding combining report types without needing to join them outside of Body Shop Booster.That said, that could have more to do with how my organization uses Body Shop Booster and less to do with the platform itself.

Customers find it very simple to use. It allows us to view the damage on the car and triage the work. In most cases we can either do an estimate virtually or contact the customer and schedule them in for a blueprinting appointment. This has cut down our curb written estimates by 65%

The platform is quite simple to use but I was not aware of all the features, for example I had no idea that you could send the estimate to a customer and they could actually sign a repair authorization right from their phone. Very cool but just found out about it from a member of my 20 group.

We signed up with bodyshop booster about 6 months ago and we have had really great experience thus far. Our customers love it and we have been able to land some new fleet customers because of it. It did take a bit longer than expected to get it all set up and working but the staff was friendly and helpful.
