Really great service

PROS

Very happy I chose this product. The founders of Circle Hand are really responsive and provide excellent service, always on hand to help me if I have a question or problem. They're really supportive of my business too, promoting it on Instagram, adding positive reviews on Google, attending my opening. I asked them to implement a feature and they did it really quickly. The features are great, automatic barcode generation saves a lot of time, my customers are impressed by the automatic email updates, being able to search and filter products in my inventory easily, the label generation and printing, the calculation of differential tax will make it very easy for my accountant, saving the previous settings for the next item I add to the inventory saves me a lot of time, being able to see an overview of my revenue and sales is really nice.

CONS

They don't currently have a POS implemented but they are in the process of doing that so I'm looking forward to it.

Reason for choosing Circle-Hand

I chose Circle-Hand over ConsignCloud as the calculation of differential tax for German businesses was key. It's also a lot more cost effective than ConsignCloud.

Circle Hand Erfahrungsbericht

Kontrolle und Zuordnung der Kleidungsstücke ist einfacher, handgeschriebene Listen fallen teilweise weg, Auszahlung ist einfacher und korrekter. Produktefotos helfen zudem, falsche Zuordnungen zu vermeiden.

PROS

Es ist einfach zu handhaben auf Laptop, iPhone, iPad. Auf jedem Arbeitsgerät abrufbar, da Browserbasiert. Kundin bekommt automatisiert per Mail eine Annahmebestätigung, Auszahlungsbeleg etc. Kundin hat ein gutes Gefühl dabei wenn sie diese Listen bekommt und es gibt wenigere Diskussionen bezüglich Preis etc.

CONS

Versand der Annahmebestätigung/Auszahlungsbeleg geht sofort und direkt per Mail an Kundin. Besser wäre, wenn ich diese zuerst abrufen könnte (zur Kontrolle) und dann weitergeleitet werden. Auf der Annahmeliste (Delivery receipt) sieht man nicht welche Teile bereits verkauft sind oder evtl. von der Kundin bereits retourgenommen worden sind. Bei den anstehenden Payouts wird die Auszahlungsliste erst nach Zahlung generiert. Gut wäre wenn diese Liste vorher angeschaut werden könnte. Gewisse Angaben können bei der Produkterfassung nicht selber geändert werden z.B. doppelt erfasste Markennamen, Schreibfehler etc. Gut wäre auch, wenn man Umstatzlisten generieren und ausdrucken könnte.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden!

Ein gutes Programm um die aufwändige Verwaltung von Kommissionsware im SecondHand Bereich zu bewältigen.

PROS

Circle Hand ist auf allen Ebenen eine Arbeitserleichterung. Ob im Warenmanagement oder im Kundenmanagement.. alles ist übersichtlich Strukturiert und bedienerfreundlich. Das es möglich ist Shopify zu integrieren ist ein Game Changer für den Bereich SecondHand im Onlineverkauf! Auch Kundensupport von Circle Hand ist hervorragend.

CONS

Es benötigt eine gute Internetverbindung um Circle Hand reibungslos nutzen zu können, sonst benötigen einige Funktionen mit vielen Datensätzen eine lange Ladezeit. Aer das ist ja mit allen Cloud Programmen der Fall-

The most convenient app for consignment stores

I like working with the app because it makes my administration a lot quicker.

PROS

I like that I can manage consignment inventory whilst uploading into shopify at the same time.

CONS

sometimes it is a little slow to upload the items and fill out all the details, not all fields are correctly linked to shopify
