Overall I believe CompanionRep does what it needs to as far as functionality and purpose of the task of each sales rep and driver at Polar Beverages.

I believe that CiS Companion Rep has been a great tool for all of the sales reps and truck drivers. The features of the program allow our reps to do accurate orders, while also connecting them to their deliveries being performed by our trucking department. The new version 16 will also be a great improvement, narrowing down in more detail exactly what we need.

In my opinion some of the aspects that I was not a fan of, are more of a reflection on our own IT department just needing to work closer with the sales department, and it’s not so much the reflection on CiS. With the new v16 coming this weekend, it’ll be a huge step in a better understanding and implementation.

1) La distribution tab que nous avons implanté à été un succès. Cela permet de capturer l'information rapidement et de d'analyser les écarts. 2) idem pour les Questions surveys.

1) La prise de photo before & after n'est pas maximisé. Bcp de doublons et de perte de temps2) Les rapports des infos que nous ramassons ne sont pas efficaces pour ce que nous avons de besoins. Excel / Power BI. Revoir nos besoins de rapport et les adapté à la nouvelle réalité seraient un plus très apprécié.

Overall I find it functional but slow. In the past we’ve used programs that didn’t have as many functions, but were vastly preferable because of how quickly they ran and were much more reliable. Entering an order usually takes about 15 minutes, it could realistically take 5. If someone is entering ten to twenty orders a day it’s a lot of extra time that the added features don’t justify.

Being able to check all items that are available, track trucking and double check invoices is invaluable. Everything users need is done with the program.

The interface is infuriating. Less clicks equals better interface. There are countless screens that are downright useless that need to be clicked past on every order, which can be twenty times a day. Everything that is needed could very easily be on one screen. The program is also egregiously slow. Most of this is because of the ridiculous amount of pointless information the program is gathering. Streamlining the program would be greatly appreciated. The learning curve of this program is steeper than it needs to be. It takes 10 - 40 hours of use age before someone could be concidered proficient.

Évidement, l'interface est très simple pour nos représentant sur la route qui font des commandes directement de chez nos clients. Les relations télé-ventes et représentant est très facile

L'inconvénient majeur, c'est que le logiciel est gourmant niveau ressource et est quand même lent.
