Great asset to the organization

PROS

I highly recommend the software for scheduling. It removes a lot of the guess work and gives you the ability to track trends in your workflow. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] offers excellent support and listens to the clients and is continually adding features and developments.

CONS

Some of the reports could be in a more easily interpreted format.
