ePOS Hybrid

PROS

Since we are a B2B company, this software has helped with collecting a huge amount of data regarding our POS. The good part about this tool is its cloud integration. The pos data transfer in this application has very effective and quick

CONS

The tool still needs a lot of improvement on the quality of the data collected. And the retail support of the tool too still needs improvement

Great as a Restaurant/Bar POS System

PROS

Really happy with the integration on a restaurant business; most of POS platforms do not support very well the restaurant interfaces

CONS

Hope to see a loyalty program support on the future so our customers can enjoy of the benefits

They have gone off track!

I'm not liking the direction it's going. They are checking more and more greedy by the day.

PROS

Nothing has what most other epos company has just becoming a greedy company now

CONS

They are no longer willing to work with other payment providers instead forcing their customers to use their payment network charging extortionate rates 3.9% day light robbery. They are trying to follow the Apple formula of tying you to them.Customer loyalty function advertised for years but it's actually not there and doesn't work.

Reason for choosing ePOS Hybrid

Made a huge mistake

Unreliable

EPOS Hybrid/Grafterr does not care about there customers

PROS

The system works well, when it works, see below

CONS

When switching devices on for the start of shift the tills are regularly logged out and cannot be logged in without first contacting support due to the message "maximum device limit reached". Having a system that will reliably switch on is of the upmost importance before any features are added. I was told by support that this issue had been fixed multiple times before deciding to switch to a different system. The support staff have rejected my issues on more than one occasion stating that I have provided incorrect information, when it has in fact been correct.
