reat product, great team

We've been using Imex for a few years now and I can't say enough good things about it. The software is user friendly and their entre team is great to deal with. Highly recommend.

awesome system and there help line and people are great to work with .

The help desk and the similarity to there old system . Easy transformation to the new system .

Excellent management system

Overall the experience has been great. Support has always been fast and accurate. The transition for my team has been pretty fast and the learning curve pretty short and non disruptive to the production in the shop.

PROS

Detailed information, easy to track production

CONS

Takes some time to work out bugs with CDK interface but once mapping is correct it runs smooth.
