Must have software for retail stores

We were able to manage offline and online stock in one software

PROS

Point of sale, integration with the company's e-commerce site

CONS

Unable to customer dashboard remotely, we had to involve the technical team

Unable to tell when we were low on stock in time, we wanted a software would be integrated with our e-commerce as well serve walk-in customers

Customizable

Generally I love the system and the reports generated are really helpful in gathering much needed business data for easier decision making

PROS

Has a user friendly interface and the fact that it was possible to customize to my needs was a huge plus

CONS

It was not easy to upload inventory from a previous system

Perfect for offline & online integration

PROS

Overall the software is very good for retail purposes. The staff is also responsive. The best feature that you don't get in most software is online store. We are easily able to integrate both online and offline store and reach more customers.

CONS

The software is only available for Windows
