Easy to use platform

We find the platform very easy to use, meaning the customer is informed at all stages of the process.

PROS

We find the software easy to use, all customer information is clear. This makes following the customers request hassle free.

CONS

If you press a status in error you are not able to go back or amend.

Nous sommes heureux d'avoir intégré Reversio dans notre process SAV et retours clients. Sa facilité d'usage nous aide beaucoup, nos clients sont satisfaits. Le traitement de nos retours s'en est ressenti et directement amélioré.

Using Revers.io portal

It's easy to provide return labels to customers abroad to ship back returns and defective products.

PROS

Easy to use environment. Good overview of cases.

CONS

After adding info or update a status, it frequently gets into a loop. You have to refresh (F5) to get to next step.

Revers.io - seulement sur place de marché pour nous

Retour sur Amazon, nous y gagnons en temps de gestion

PROS

L'équipe revers est très à l'écoute et réactive ! Malgré un début parfois compliqué, aujourd'hui nous faisons avec les problème connu mais cela nous fait gagner déjà un peu de temps.

CONS

L'ayant que sur une place de marché, la rigidité d'Amazon fait que cela n'est pas très fluide par moment.

Ca nous a fait gagner beaucoup de temps

Optimisation du temps de suivi et du coût des retours

Revers.io a permis à notre SAV de gagner beaucoup de temps dans la création et le suivi des retours clients. Nous avons également baisser de 20% nos coûts de retour.

PROS

- Création d"un retour en totale autonomie par le client - Interface facile d'utilisation qui permet d'effectuer le suivi des retours - Déclaration de la conformité du retour par l'entrepôt - L'équipe Revers.io est très réactive

CONS

Manque peut-être d'un dashboard pour le pilotage global des retours
