Restaurant Kiosk

Overall we have had a wonderful experience using the self-ordering kiosk. The amount of support and help we received from the entire Applova team has been amazing.

PROS

The self ordering kiosk has helped our franchisees immensely. Due to the labor shortages, the kiosk has been a huge help for our franchisees. Customers are still able to order quickly and get their food in a timely manner which has been a huge benefit for us. The ability to customize the interface and build out our menus so that it matches what a customer may see on our other ordering channels (online ordering, mobile ordering) make a big impact on the overall customer experience.

CONS

It was a bit challenging to get the hardware set up. The instructions weren't very clear and for someone who hasn't set up a kiosk before it took a little bit of time.

Reason for choosing Self Ordering Kiosk

Ability to have something that is cost effective for our franchisees, the support from Applova and the ability to continue to use our same merchant processor and POS company.

Great Product!

The benefits that I realized about self ordering kiosks are that we are serving more customers who do not necessarily want to speak to a cashier and it is resulting in more sales for our stores. Post pandemic there is a category of customers who want to just order and not speak to anyone which is totally fine and we want to make sure we cater to their preferences as well.

PROS

I like that the Self Ordering Kiosks are very simple to use and very easy to revise our menu from my computer.

CONS

The only thing that I wish the kiosk did better was suggest more products to our customers. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied with Applova.
