Best Channel Manager
We are managing our OTA from AxisRooms as well as we have gets the GDS connectivity through this channel manager. It is very user friendly and cost effective solution that have the feature to integrate with the PMS system.
PROSAlmost anything will be positive if it’s an example of a true OTA manager from one panel, extra-feature in this channel manager have GDS features.
CONSWe using this software since last 6 month and during that time I found their customer support is excellent and their cooperation I like very much also the software is very much user friendly.

Excellent Product
Axisrooms is the best channel manager I have used so far. I have been using it since last 7 years. It's easy to operate. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very active & prompt. He resolve the query instantly. I would recommend to everyone who is looking for the best product at nominal price.

It does basic things well. Support in India is iffy.
I am more assured of being able to prevent double booking.
PROSDoes synchronize calendars well. Mobile App to block dates handy useful. Setting up new properties is relatively simple as well.
CONSWe don't have access to change few things. Basic thing like if I change the extranet Password of any OTA need to approach support in India to make those changes in Channel manager. This process is not as good as it needs to be

CONSNew integration to be needed with as now companies launch's slot stay bookings also there is no option to create a payment request to the customer who is postpaid bookings. This need to be update.

Excellent channel manager with a team of professional to support leading hotels.
PROSAxisrooms is very a sophisticated channel manager that functions in correlations with Hotelogix, which is same company comes under Axisrooms and both functional in hand in hand, very supportive and helpful to drive our goals. Team are very supportive and dynamic.
CONSSo far all are fine, but not noticed that anything that I lack in Axisrooms, which I may report later.

It amazing. It makes the hotel booking system so simple.
Spontaneous updation of inventory. Even if it doesn't respond some time we still can get it done over the phone and that's also very quick.
CONSIt should have app which would have made it more easier. As now days every software has a app which make more convenient to use.
