Bazaarvoice has been a nice tool for us to engage with customers in a new way. It is a great portal to collectively group all customer feedback and questions regarding your business/products.

Most of all through the sales process, migration, onboarding and post onboarding the customer support has been fantastic.

Sometimes we feel there is a bit of a delay from when I customer posts a question or a review, until the time we actually receive the notification of the activity.

I like the fact that it is easy to use and there is no fluff - you get right into the core of the platform straight away.

Responding to either is as simple as typing and submitting, and there is no need to open each question/review as a separate document. The workflow is very efficient as a result.

Beyond disappointed and would describe our experience as a awful experiment that cost time and money and was a TOTAL WASTE.

The dashboard makes it super easy to moderate reviews as they come in. We are also able to tweak the appearance of BV on our site in just a few minutes.

You have to be discerning about how much detail you want to know, it can get overwhelming quickly. We use it to find the places we have missed the mark.

I know there are many other use cases than how we used Medallia but I found the experience easy to navigate and straight forward to understand customer and internal NPS scores and feedback.

Also I really liked the ability to respond to concerns and create action plan related to it.

For a lot of industries, return on feedback is difficult.

The software is sometimes intimidating for me because most customers do not respond to the survey or get mad about being asked for feedback.

Medallia is awesome to use to see what coustomers have to say whether it's good or bad then you can fix the things that need fixed.

It's a great and clean user interface that allows for quick navigation.

Targets are sometimes hard to reach and those targets must be strategized offline.

Overall, it allows for instant recognition of employees and the ability to analyze feedback.

I really like the ability to establish either relationship or deal review campaigns at the company or opportunity level.

I love using mediallia cloud surveys.it let's me see what costumers have to say about my crew and myself.

Medallia is a magnificent product geared to reach your maximum customer service potential in your business if you’re a large corporation it’s a mistake not to use this service.

The Reps are amazing and so helpful. There are a lot of functions built into Medallia.

Therefore only people who were really upset about the service they received respond extremely negatively and are not helpful with their feedback.
