The Easiest Way To Level Up
From the first meeting/demo to weekly check-ins, my overall experience with Great Recruiters has been and continues to be phenomenal! They are clearly passionate about what they do and it shows. I learned about them through a staffing friend and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to level up and gain insight. Shoutout to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!
PROSThe easiest software integration I've ever been a part of! The customer service is top-notch and I don't have to put a "ticket" in, I can just send an email and I usually get a response within 30 minutes. We started off a little slow but very quickly racked up over 60 reviews in about a week. This software helps us focus on areas of improvement and celebrate areas of excellence. I love that we can gain insight into our candidates' journies with us.
CONSI wish it automatically posted reviews to Google, but I understand why it doesn't work that way. Out of about 60 reviews, 4 of them also posted to Google. That is still a great number for our small business, but of course, I always want more!

Great Recruiters and Our Brand
See first response.
PROSGR allows us to get a handle on our brand in the open-world and pushes us to maintain a high-level of customer service. In addition, GR helps us to find pain points with our recruiters and coach them through them. We also have been able to tie monetary incentives to the amount of reviews left.
CONSI wish the software would find a more direct way to get these positive reviews to global platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc. The follow-up email is nice, but having the majority of these positive reviews not translating to other platforms is a bit unfortunate.

Great Recruiters seemed more geared to staffing and it also partnered with Staffing Referrals.

Terrific product for boosting employee performance and marketing your company's brand
Since first seeing the product, we've had nothing but a great experience with Great Recruiters. We first implemented it outside of our ATS (we were getting ready to implement a new ATS), and we were able to get up-to-speed in a manual fashion quite easily. Then, once we implemented our ATS (Bullhorn) the integration was easy to achieve and our manual efforts dropped off and we increased our efficiency. Over the past year, the product has continued to evolve and most importantly, Great Recruiters' management and support team has proactively kept in touch with us and encouraged us to keep moving forward using new features and helping us get more out of the product. If you value the way your team treats your candidates and clients, you'll love Great Recruiters!
PROS- Very easy to configure and set up - Once set up, it's "fire and forget," the administration is minimal, the system fires off review request automatically as the actions that we pre-define are performed by our team in the normal course of doing business -Customer service has been outstanding -New features have been developed consistently and implemented smoothly
CONS-We have no complaints about the software or the support from Great Recruiters

To achieve getting social reviews on our recruiters and company, when considering the effort vs. the cost, Great Recruiters is a terrific value. I feel like as the new guy on the block, Great Recruiters has tried very hard to build and deliver a great product and they've succeeded.

Recruiters suck. Right? Wrong - Well, kind of. Unfortunately, the stereotypes exist for a reason and there are many for whom they are accurate and deserved. But not all of us. Some of us take a great deal of pride in doing the job to a high standard. Great Recruiters helps us to rise above the noise by providing realtime reviews that allow our customers to engage with us with confidence. It also helps us to see how we can improve as we push on to become an industry-leading recruitment business and the data it provides forms an essential part of staff training and development. The team at Great Recruiters are extremely helpful and I highly recommend this product.
PROSGreat Recruiters is very easy to set-up, use and interpret. The data generated can be used to analyse performance and implement effective change.
CONSI have no issues or dislikes with Great Recruiters.

Great Recruiter got everything right in a way that others didn't. They're bespoke to recruitment, so it's not a half-assed attempt to adapt an existing consumer review platform into an industry it's not suitable for. Also, it has the right amount of flexibility that allows you to adapt the product to your business, whilst also giving you insight into how you're performing against industry standards.

I'm obsessed with Great Recruiters
It's been a great resource since day one! It's been a great way for our recruiters to see what their clinicians think and a great way to show them exactly what they need to work on. It's also a fun competition factor for the more competitive recruiters and a great way to have a tangible reference to our top performers besides just with revenue.
PROSThere's not a lot of places that people can leave reviews for recruiters and I love that people now have the ability to leave reviews to help with the legitimacy of a company and it's recruiter. In this day and age there are so many scammers and GR has been a great resource to tell my clinicians I'm real. David is also always only one email away. I love that we have a customer service rep that is available and communicative.
CONSWhen I click into action items then click on one specifically, then click the back arrow, it takes me back to the MAIN reviews tab, and not just back to the action items.

Love GreatRecruiters!
[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has always been amazing to work with with helpful tips and guidance about topics in the industry because he came from recruiting in sales background. His team has been always responsive and helpful and making the system work best for Sysazzle.
PROSGreat recruiters is an amazing tool for helping our recruiting team continue to be motivated and a very challenging industry. It allows Management to coach and train recruiters on certain areas that they themselves need to become better at through the feedback that we received from the candidates. And it’s nice to be able to have our recruiters Great recruiters certified and be able to publish those reviews to the candidate pool and our industry.
CONSI don’t myself use the software on a day-to-day basis other than receiving emails so for me that’s hard to say. However our team hasn’t had any major issues with the software.

One Year In...Great Recruiters
Excellent partner who has helped us get better.
PROSEffective tool for generating feedback and providing opportunities for the team to improve. Provides feedback to coach individuals. The passion that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has for his product is a key feature and he and his team work hard to make sure we are getting the most out of the tool. There has been continuous development and new features that have made the product better. We love that the tool we have today is better than the tool we bought a year ago.
CONSI don't really have any cons at this point.

Love this platform
I love that my current, future &/or past candidates are able to provide me feedback regarding their experience with me Platform is very easy to use, & the functionality is great. Customer service is phenomenal. I provided feedback on the site directly to the company about an issue I was having, & they were able to resolve it within a few hours.
CONSThe only thing I don’t like about the platform is that you’re not able to remove reviews that were not meant for you. Other than that the site is fantastic. So much so that it prompted me to come leave a review.

Amazing tool for quality feedback loop for recruiters and management
It really helps cover any blind spots working with candidates, as we have a large recruiting team and we want to ensure all candidates are satisfied with their interactions with our team.
PROSIt automates with our recruiting system and ensures that we get constant feedback from candidates. Additionally, it gives you the option to share great reviews and to build a reputation status of your firm's work and reputation with all candidates. very transparent.
CONSNo real cons. The team is great and highly responsive to requests and feature additions.

It was the only option we knew of and did great. other competitors like Sense have come along, but GR is still the best.

A much needed tool for recruiters - truly shows "the proof is in the pudding"
The team at GR is solid. We have dealt with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] mostly and they have been great to deal with. The integration is very easy with our ATS (Bullhorn) and they have done a great job making this process very easy to get up and running.
PROSThis is truly a "plug and play" application. We got it up and running (which is easy and the GR team is very personable and helpful and does 99% of it for you) and now every candidate and client we interact with can rate my recruiters (and me). It is a two fold win - I get to see that my recruiters are going above and beyond and providing great service, and it easily lets our candidates rate us and review us...which is very helpful for our social media, website, and Google reviews. So, its easy to use, adds value all around, great support, and economical. RESULTS: After about 2 months using, we have gone from 2 google reviews and a 3.2 star to 10 google reviews and 5 star. We have gotten 2 referrals we otherwise would not have gotten and overall we have received 32 reviews and 4.83 rating out of 5, and twice a week our reviews are shared to our social media accounts, which is automated and certainly gets us noticed.
CONSNothing yet. Its super user friendly and literally only takes candidates/clients a minute to leave review.

Low effort, high reward
Candidate experience can be a squishy concept. Great Recruiters gives you the means to measure and manage it. That's incredibly powerful in an industry where your ability to create great experiences and build strong relationships is so important and often difficult to prove.
PROSGetting consistent feedback is hard to do. With GR, we get a really high response rate, which means we generate a huge amount of reviews. GR gives us access to perspectives on our recruiters that are not only authentic, but also really helpful in a lot of ways. From a marketing perspective, the reviews are gold. GR would be worthwhile even if it required a lot of work to maintain. But the beauty is - the seamless integration with Bullhorn makes the process completely painless for the team.
CONSNo complaints. Their product roadmap is really aggressive, too - they're rolling out rich new features all the time.

Awesome Platform!
I've enjoyed the platform and training our recruiters on using it. I think that managers really get a lot of feedback on how recruiters are doing and it has helped mold our training tactics.
PROSI enjoy seeing our recruiters light up when they get good reviews. I also love that when not-so-good reviews come our way, we're able to identify the reviewer, the call and then really dive into why it didn't go well. It has helped us develop our recruiter training as well.
CONSI feel that the functionality on the admin side is so-so. I really wish I was able to remove users completely from the platform, versus just filtering out the ones who are no longer active. I think there should be a better way to save and store information from non-active users and remove them from the platform completely, for the sake of keeping things clean and organized especially.

Great Recruiters company leadership is fantastic to work with and attentive to the customer experience as well as dedicated to expanding the functionality of the product.

Great Recruiters Exceeds Expectations
Our primary goal was to increase referrals and we saw that happen on day one. I knew that GR would fit into our culture and the team would love it. What I was pleasantly surprised by were the newer Recruiters. They had 5 star reviews on day one. That showed us we hired and trained the right people for our clients. I read every review and that has made me a better leader by being present to real time feedback. Reviews are shared across the company and it is uplifting for everyone.
PROSThe product is so easy from implementation, navigation to dashboards. They give the right amount of framework and personalization through the process. You are not starting from scratch and putting in hours of work for go live. I loved that we delivered our company feel from day one on the platform. The response time and insight from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is top notch. The reviews have been stellar like we hoped but to see them in writing takes our confidence to another level. The celebrations when certifications happen are fun!
CONSI do not have any constructive feedback at week 3.

Great Recruiters is So Helpful
I really like Great Recruiters because it helps me to make sure that I am always providing excellent customer service. It is so nice to know when you have helped someone too especially when we aren't necessarily making in-person connections because of COVID-19. Overall, I just like how Great Recruiters keeps us connected.
CONSOf course, everyone dislikes bad reviews. That is the only thing I have to say. Otherwise, I really like this software.

Most impactful software we have adopted to date
Our overall experience with Great Recruiters has been exceptional. We continue to find ways to use the information gathered to drive our business and internal colleagues.
PROSGreat Recruiters empowers our performers and revenue drivers to build a pipeline of referrals and candidates based on objective, aggregated, real time customer reviews. It is exceptionally easy to use and simplifies a part of the recruitment process that has been antiquated in our industry for quite some time. It elevates and supports our culture by enabling our colleagues to be drivers of their own success. The objective rating scale as well as subjective feedback is invaluable in making management and work-flow decisions.
CONSI struggle with answering this question, as the product and the service really has exceeded our expectations.

GR review
My overall experience with GR has been excellent. I enjoy the feedback from candidates and it holds me accountable. It is very easy to use and gets our name out there more.
PROSI enjoy the feedback we receive from candidates. This helps us improve on our jobs as recruiters. GR is very easy to use and implement into other systems.
CONSI don't get involved in the integration of GR so I can't speak to that piece.

Love GR!
Overall it has been a great experience. My team really enjoys the reviews they get.
PROSAs a manager who hires for growing team, it is super helpful to see real time feedback on how my recruiters are doing. Feedback from our candidates is so important to the training and growing process.
CONSThe one downside I have seen is that candidates have left low review scores based on their interaction with the end client - not the recruiter on my team. While it does help to give feedback to our clients, it can impact the recruiters score negatively.

Great Recruiters Positive Outcomes
Great Recruiters has made a difference in both our staff interview/selection process and client turnover/retention. The software provides surveys to our candidates/employees throughout the hiring process for us to understand where best practices are and any training in the field that needs to happen. This in turn has drastically decreased our client turnover ratios especially within the first 10 days on assignment. We are making stronger hiring decisions and longer term placements due to Great Recruiters. Our Recruiters enjoy the leaderboard and knowing where they stack to their peers.

Great Recruiters Review
I think it helps us gain credibility with new candidates and helps overcome the negative opinion of recruiters swirling in the market place. It shows candidates what kind of experience their friends and peers have working with TriCom.
PROSIt is very easy to use and is compatible with Bullhorn. It gives is live insights to our candidate's experience and allows us to deepen the relationship.
CONSI would love to see a mobile app where we could text out our personalized link.

Great customer service!
Very positive! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has done an amazing job being very communicative, and he has helped with every question I've hadduring the rollout, no matter how small.
PROSI love that recruiters can share positive reviews! Gives them something to be proud of in a sometimes-thankless role.
CONSI think on the admin side of things, we should be able to delete reviews that are clearly a mistake (ex: 5 star ratings for every trait, extremely positive comments, but a "thumbs down" for recommended to others). I also think we should be able to delete users that are no longer with the organization, or have transitioned away from a recruiting role..

Good move for real-time, relevant reviews to increase the overall experience
Ease of use and the seamless Bullhorn integration.
CONSJust like many early-stage software platforms, they are improving their feature set as they evolve. I would like to have the ability to delete users no longer with the organization.

Great Recruiters - an efficient marketing tool for any staffing firm
Great Recruiters is an excellent marketing tool for any recruitment firm looking for an efficient way to capture feedback and be able to share that information with potential candidates and clients.
PROSGreat Recruiters is a fantastic tool to receive detailed and efficient feedback directly from our clients and candidates. This program integrated well into our existing quality assurance process.
CONSI cannot think of a drawback at this time.
