I love that Oggvo assists with getting reviews from my clients - it's one less thing I have to think about. The QR codes I can generate at will also are extremely beneficial.

I felt like the control dashboard was a little convoluted and I always had to search for the option I needed. I also had to continually update contacts as it doesn't work as a stand alone CRM system. It would have been more helpful, for me at least, if there were several email drip campaigns already started that I just needed to personalize. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time I needed to create all of the email campaigns, thus making it not as useful for me. Could be great for the right person, but as a solo practitioner, the time investment was not there.

Initial discussion with Shane was great.

I have been a little put off that I was understood Shane would continue to be my service person and have been advised that is not correct.

Did not like any features, as none of it works for my business.

This company was very misleading when I signed up with them. They did not do what was promised. My business did not improve. I got stuck with a one year contract they couldn't fulfill. It was only after numerous complaints from various notaries they offered to cancel. Meanwhile I am out $1400. Do not sign up with them.

I have avoided cold calls from companies looking to help me grow my business for years. I looked up Oggvo's reviews after they reached out to me and was very impressed by what I read. I decided to give it a try and was connected with Apple Esquerra as my associate. Apple has been extremely diligent, patient and helpful in organizing my client database and setting up my organic review requests on numerous social media and search engine platform I am doing things that I have been putting off for years and it is streamlining my business and I'm confident it will help me get more clients. I'm very glad that I decided to use Oggvo and their services and am grateful that I was assigned to work with Apple. I highly recommend her and this company

My only concern is that now I have to set up the time to make sure I use all of the tools available and maximize it.

I think the difficulty we experienced was due to our lack of understanding (it wasn't clearly explained - other than in a very lengthy email) of the onboarding process, that it was a period of weeks. As most of us are these days, I am too busy to read through the lengthy emails that directed us into certain action, and instead was taking instruction from the onboarding specialist during our meetings. Important to note, we requested to work with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] after having challenges with a previous specialist. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was clear in her communication, where the other person was not.

The platform is very functional and easy to use.

The onboarding process was fairly drawn out, in part because of our team's schedule, but also OGGVO support is very busy.

Getting started was a breeze with Apple Kaye Esguerra She was professional, knowledgable, and personable.

The volume of available uses for everything real estate is mind boggling. I am so excited about this program, and the potential of saving me time nad still keeping track of my past clients as well as cultivating new clients!

Things were presented very quickly, and I may need a few more instructions, but that is not a dislike at all!
