Great product
Keeps teams organized. Alerts team for upcoming expiring contracts, certificates, licenses, etc. Support team is awesome. Customizable.

View from the Top...
As the President of our company I feel I am able to better trust the system of the day to day at the sites due to the Leo platform. We all want to believe in our team but it all comes down to risk management!
PROSWe benefit most from being able to add the workflows for our preventative maintenance action items. We manage over 40 properties, and each has its own nuances. We are able to easily track within Leo to make sure nothing is overlooked. This is critical in our industry due to employee turnover or oversite changes as our business changes and grows.
CONSFrom the executive level I depend on our team to oversee the software is being properly implemented and utilized at the sites. Since I don't use it day to day it makes it harder to maneuver but this would be a comment for any platform we use.

The Leo team made me feel like my company and team members would be part of their family which I find most important in our industry. We can all just be a number. Nearly 2 years later I still feel the same way.

Game Changer
Implementing Leonardo247 has drastically reduced our labor. We no longer need to track our license and permit renewals on Excel spreadsheets manually. We can now quickly track down our monthly and quarterly site inspection reports and have the ability to view all required documents in one platform.
CONSTo date, there is nothing I am unhappy with.

Would like to see more functions and availability to reports
I appreciate it. I would like there to be a some sort of verification such as pictures required of pool chemicals being checked. Something to ensure the team members are just clicking the work is completed when it actually is not.
PROSThat it exists without having to create a report in Excel.
CONSI can't run the reports I want to see myself.

Task Manager's Answer to getting it done
Positive - took a little too long to get going but that could have been our problem.
PROSReminds you to do the things you might forget otherwise, not just the daily stuff, but the periodic weekly, monthly, quarterly etc items that if you forget can cause you alot of trouble
CONSNothing that wasn't self inflicted by our company's settings. It would be nice for the program to use a little AI Intuition.

The chore chart
Overall, I enjoy working in Leonardo. Not a very hard product to use, once you know what you are doing.
PROSWe call it our "chore chart" in my office. It helped us remember tasks that may sometimes fall to the back of our minds, if we are super busy. It also helps keep the team accountable, if used correctly.
CONSSome tasks reflect multiple times and I cannot remove them without "permission from my manager". Size of some of the reports. Would be helpful if reports were more custom to the property.

Decent platform
I have used it twice with 2 different companies. The 1st was very poor due to the rollout of the software and was extremally difficult. The 2nd go around was deffently a better experience and I believe it is due to the support you have on the backend.
PROSI like that the reports can go directly to who should receive them.
CONSThe app is a little hard to use if you are not familiar

Great due diligence software
Leonardo's reporting system is easy to use and holds employees accountable and on schedule.
CONSThe capital expense form is repetitive with vendor information and could be simplified to use the first vendor as the first bid.

Leo - A great way to manage and track property management tasks
Great - I have now used Leo for two companies and it has been successful at both companies
PROSHow easily we can update tasks, think through the cadence of the requirement of tasks and have users of all levels have responsibility in the system
CONSI would like to be able to color code certain items that at workflows, for example turn Incident Reports red to green until the are fully submitted because our teams tend to leave a lot of incomplete IR workflows open

This product has allowed us to streamline and easily track preventative maintenance, risk management and unit inspections. Providing clear transparency to ownership.
CONSSet up takes a long time and effort. Difficult for smaller groups who may not have dedicated team members for the task.

The "to-do" task list has been a lifesaver when managing multiple sites and teams. This helps to ensure that all sites are completing assigned tasks as needed.
PROSI like the "to-do" list that can be created and tailored to fit the needs of your company.
CONSI would love to see the incident reports individually have the capability of being titled.

The customer side is great but the user experience is underwhelming. It should not require a lot of time to lears.

On our way!
This is a great tool to track the onsite team's progress. While we are still working through the bumps, we are now well on our way!
PROSI like that this product provides one place to gather/store all of the onsite reports. It's like a "one-stop shop".
CONSWe have found that onsite teams don't like to use their personal devices for data input. We are working on a solution but until that is resolved, our teams are not fully utilizing the program.

Process Improvement!
So far, Leo has helped automate and elevate daily operational procedures. More to add as we move forward, but so far, the steps that have been implemented have gone smoothly and the LEO team has been a great help in the process.
CONSRight now, the COP process is not where we would like it to be, but still discussing ways to work together on it.
