Nlyte is a great and useful product, but it could be so much more than it is.

Conversion was very painful. Some data was not populated correctly, other data was dropped.

I like how I am able to modify a lot of areas to fit my needs.

Converting from previous DCIM tool was painful. After the conversion, the users are content with it.

The user interface must be written from the point of view of a naive first time user.

With transforming DC management through Nlyte we reached a simple, easy and accurate data management.

The visualization/power monitoring are useful for planning and allow users to quickly identify gaps in their respective programs.

Overall this product has helped us and i am liking it.

I appreciate their patience and knowledge. We intend to expand our use of this tool and I'm looking forward to that making my life as a Data Center Technician easier.

If you have a problem, they might call it a feature request and it will never get looked at again. If you see something in their demos, it will probably cost another 50k.

Ease of use and installation. It was a lot easier than expected.

I am quite happy with the nlyte product, even if to use it at its best, there is an need for an efficient organization of people who keep everything up to date.

Very customizable, however you have to customize about everything. Nice idea for a product, but poorly implemented, worsely supported and highly over priced.

Many wish we could revert to previous tool but others see Nlyte as a good tool. Overall, it costs a bit more than than it should, given the value it provides.

The interface is easy to use and there is a lot of information at your fingertips.

Steep learning curve if no experience with DCIM. The initial set-up is a bit confusing and should be a streamlined as possible.

Out of many, the most impressive feature I found is Nlyte Asset Optimizer (NAO) that makes asset lifecycle management very efficient.

Using the search function is easy, and allows you to quickly move assets around.

Bulk Data manager is a great feature as well as cabinet planner.

In the controls description field not enough of the text is visible while typing. Inability to delete templates.

We are introducing GOAT to centralise the recording and reporting of risks across the organisation.

Really helpful in structuring the risk management approach, also,  user friendly and very intuitive.

No archive system for eliminated or obsolete risks. The response to create another profile for archiving means an escalation in cost from $600 to $1800 per annum.

GOAT Risk is a perfect for our current needs. It's a great tool that we are using to map out our risk landscape in a structured and comprehensive manner.

The application has been very simple to implement within the company, and the support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been great.

It does not include a archive function for closed risks. It is important to also have a overview of risks that is sorted/mitigated during and not at least in the end of a year.

The ability to tun on and off the three types risk (treated, untreated and target) will reduce clutter when presenting risks to the board or in other formal presentations.
