Compliance Dashboard
I think eMediTrack is the software of the future. I love how the software can give you an realistic view of how your facility is performing.
PROSThe Compliance Dashboard is easy to use and gives an overview of all of our compliance documentation.
CONSNavigating the software can get difficult. There needs to be drop boxes so that the navigator can navigate with ease.

The system was limited and didn't provide the necessary functionalities that our organization needed.

Soleran for hospitals
As with any software change it was difficult initially, but the staff of Soleran responded in an exemplary fashion to help us. I believe that they are passionate about providing a quality product and industry-leading service response.
PROSLocal service and responsiveness, adaptability of the software.
CONSData and asset management is sometimes difficult, and operation is often slow. But that may not be any fault of Soleran's.

Lack of customer support and a need to update, consolidate, and standardize asset data and management.

Good Product with Great Customer Support
We have been using eMediTrack for several years now and it is an essential part of our safety program. The tracking of deficiencies and the interface with our workorder system are critical components which have allowed us to expand our rounding program system wide. The ease-of-use is critical as you can conduct multiple rounds in one tiem period and because it is Cloud based, you can go back to your desk, "clean-up" the rounds then complete them. This also allows multiple different people to conduct rounds at different times.
CONSThe two things that we struggle with is the Report module and the ability to add and duplicate questions. The Report module is clunky and when we need a specialized report we have to rely on the help desk folks to help us with. And they are very helpful! If you need add or duplicate a question or move pictures, the system makes you duplicate all of the questions then go and delete the ones you don't need. You can not just clone a quesitons and drag the pictures over to it. One last point, they have never integrated an autosave feature, so you lose your work if then system shuts down.

Environment Of Care Rounding and Tracer
We have been using Soleran for several years and we love it. I wish they made an out of the box platform. This would make it easier to integrate use for large health systems.
PROSThe thing I like most about Soleran is that once I am done entering my findings leadership on the unit receives my report. This creates more free time to focus on other tasks. I also have Soleran connected to our work order system and having that feature was a game changer.
CONSNot being able to add tours directly from my app.

I think the Soleran customer service is far better then other options. The product is also more intuitive then other products on the market.

Overall, the product is very helpful and I have a positive experience. The Reports feature is what I would like to see improvements in.
PROSProduct set-up is easy and quick. Product is easy to use and allows us to track deficiencies in different ways. Product automatically sends out emails and work order requests which saves me a lot of time. Support feature is wonderful, they respond quickly to questions and requests.
CONSReporting feature. Difficult to create reports with accurate information. Have to always reach out to support for their assistance. When reviewing deficiencies and wanting to go back to previous page, it does not, it takes you to the tab home page (time consuming).

It was a simple product that only allowed us to create report. Everything else was done manually.

The support staff has always been helpful and courteous along with their speed in remedying emergency issues quickly is greatly appreciated. They are the best!
PROSeMediTrack is user friendly and easy to use. It offers numerous ways to filter information. You can create simple reports which is really nice. And you can make edits to records quickly either individually or a mass edit. It's internet based and is always available! I like the various modules and how the modules interface with each other.
CONSRarely the software runs a bit slow even though it's internet based.

We switched to improve our capabilities to deliver necessary reports, make record edits individually or as mass edits and obtain quality technical support.

Helped Build and Still Satisfied.
A lot of features that are existing have been suggestions by our team - it is very comforting to know that the user experience is important to Soleran and how they integrate future functions from actual feedback.
CONSSometimes - things just don't make sense with the set up. That is why it is important to have open communication with the support team about what works and what does not.

Soleran, overall, promised much more and has taken us much further.

Ease of use and implementation were smooth. Training is very thorough and flexible to cover a number of users across various implementation groups. Upkeep and maintenance is frequent, and assistance is greatly appreciated when needed.
CONSSlightly cumbersome to edit large amounts of data at once. Generates multiple automated emails to users.

Save time, maximize effort!
This software does EXACTLY what I need it to do. I can easily search for what I need or create new items. It's also easy to import/export information. Their customer support is extremely responsive and knowledgeable.
CONSIt's not as intuitive as some software, so it had bit more of a learning curve. It is, however, very logically structured, so once you learn it, you can maximize it easily.

eMediTrack Review
Great. It is enabled us to track and trend environment of care concerns across all our hospital campuses.
PROSEase of use on mobile devices. Ability to create customized reports that can be send on user-defined schedules.
CONSReport creation isn't intuitive and requires an understanding of database structures (minimal). It could be simplified a bit for the average user.
