Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Ease of use and ability to rapidly create content, also over the last few years built out many new functionalities and was impressed with their improvement.
  • You're able to make sure people watch the videos and answer the questions at the end. Easy to find out people's scores and message people to take training.
  • Cons

  • Some of the question types and lengths are confusing. It is sometimes unclear which questions are required or their weight.
  • The mobile player (HTML5) is terrible, and they are really late to improve that given the death of Flash and how most browsers will automatically pull the not-so-great HTML5 player.

  • Not having to rely on my notes it what I like the best. That way I can be more attentive and engage more in the conversation.
  • It is easy to use and they give very valuable insights and analytics into your calls to help you self evalutate and improve.
  • Cons

  • I don't like how you can't see on the recording level if it's been added to the playlist already or playlists the call recording belongs to.
  • The autotranscriptions aren't always the most accurate especially when it comes to names, but its a hell lot better than Siri if thats what you're wondering.
