Some of the question types and lengths are confusing. It is sometimes unclear which questions are required or their weight.

The mobile player (HTML5) is terrible, and they are really late to improve that given the death of Flash and how most browsers will automatically pull the not-so-great HTML5 player.

We've had to use Internet Explorer as the main browser for this and have recently had trouble with newer computers not connecting via their internal mics.

We are just in the final phases of the project implementation, and so far, we love the system. We have developed several courses so far, and have gotten positive feedback from our employees.

If your phone rings, or a noisy car drives by - and you are reading a long slide - you have to delete it all and start the slide over.

You're able to make sure people watch the videos and answer the questions at the end. Easy to find out people's scores and message people to take training.

It gives great analytics for what content is being consumed, and the viewing details inside the content, and give guidance as to what's important and what is compelling.

Large process and product trainings can be an ineffective and inefficient use of time considering schedules and makeup sessions for a large sales organization.

It has proven to be a very user friendly tool which has boosted the knowledge and capabilities inside our organization.

I enjoy the reporting regarding views and that Brainshark can help me do so many things to be sure my audience is learning from the content I create and share.

We use brainshark to make sure people do their trainings prior to a big event (SKO, Team Meetings, Etc.). We are able to get 100% people to do it and so far we've been happy with it.

The course catalog and transcripts tab in Salesforce can be clunky and unintuitive. Curriculum and transcript tabs are difficult to organize.

No phone numbers to talk with someone, only chat that you have to wait for someone and if you don't see they are writing, they close you out and you have to start over.

Clearly shows due dates and required testing courses. Easy to use video and audio in testing.

I don't like how you can't see on the recording level if it's been added to the playlist already or playlists the call recording belongs to.

Not having to rely on my notes it what I like the best. That way I can be more attentive and engage more in the conversation.

It is easy to use and they give very valuable insights and analytics into your calls to help you self evalutate and improve.

The autotranscriptions aren't always the most accurate especially when it comes to names, but its a hell lot better than Siri if thats what you're wondering.

The transcripts are just plain wrong. Like 75% of the words written are not the words we said.

We also heavily integrate chorus into our onboarding process which helps new reps ramp faster by listening to their peers move through the sales process.

Chorus.ai has been a game-changer for our sales team. The analytics provide the ability to efficiently navigate to the important parts of any call and see trends and analysis at a higher level.

Very easy to share with your team by creating playlists or commenting on recordings. Great for working remotely.

We are not a large sales team so it is very useful. It allows me to see how my calls go and how to improve while also allowing me as a team lead, to help improve my team.

Chorus.ai is easy to use and integrates with Salesforce and Zoom and has made all the difference in call coaching across the sales team.

Chorus is very helpful from a Marketing perspective since we can gain a lot of valuable insights quickly to apply to messaging by listening to customer and prospect calls.

The tool has an easy graphically-based feature that allows user to focus on when the client speaks and you can easily fast-forward to those parts.

It gives me great insights into my calls that I can go back and listen to later. The transcription is cool and it saves me having to take extensive notes on my calls.

Sometimes its hard to find a call you are looking for. I will usually find the call in Salesforce and launch it from there as opposed to looking for it in Chorus directly.
