The benefits are amazing - each phone call is automatically transcribed which is pretty good.

They want you to pay a ridiculous amount in fees that no other virtual phone company charges. There's no separate contact list for the account.

The value is great for what you pay. We appreciate the pricing as we are a smaller company.

I have experienced times where there is no alert that I have a missed call or voicemail unless I check the app itself.

The only negative that I can say about dialpad is their process for removing licenses is not easy. We were charged for many licenses that were not being used.

Established a business phone #, a conference call # and voicemail in a matter of minutes. I love that you can text from the web app.

The only thing I don't like about dialpad is that it is very difficult to transcript the voice messages that the customers left if the voice mail (to say something wrong).

I love the integration with Gmail, the features and the month to month billing.

The call transcripts are pretty accurate and the analytics are useful. We use Google Suite so the integration is great there too.

The slight delay when you press call to when it actually connects is somewhat annoying. I don't know if that's common for all VOIP systems but it's a longer delay than when I call with a call.

Be able to save money and time having the same software to text, call, record conversations and summary data from old calls and text is the best.

Customer service was there at every turn to help us set up and even import or address book.

We can transfer calls, have a funny hold tune, and more features that are being released as time goes on that brings us and our customers value.

The consistency of call quality, and ability to quickly hold, transfer, or mute the call are superior to our previous software.

While our needs our basically simple, reliable phone service,  the ability to text, the ability to review and save phone transcripts, uberconference have all proven to be very useful to us.

What we like most about this product is that it is intuitive and versatile. We ported out two business numbers, and we also received each our own cell number which is great to use for business.

Technology integration is poor, customer support results inadequate, no real solutions to problems.

I would have to say this has been expremely painful and the company still owes us money and an explaination.

It also gives us a chance to offer further discounts or give extra attention to get the potential customer to book our home cleaning service. It is simple to use and and very useful.

Internally, they do not have procedures for implementing integrations or ensuring those integrations work. Hatch has made several large mistakes that have caused serious issues for our team.

The ease in creating campaigns, and the ability to send email and text campaigns at the same time and have the ability to receive and make calls too.

The problem was it also sent the same message to old customers that I already sold and was confusing some many, I had to call them and apologize.

First they over charged us for our first year of usage by charging us the start up fee every month.

Very easy to use, notified easily, and a great way to get organized.

My overall experience with Hatch is great. I had to use customer support yesterday and I got a reply in seconds.

Also Hatch's automations were very annoying to our customers and leads, they were way too aggressive.

From set up to integration with existing apps/CRM's they've got it down to a science. If you have a question or need help, they're always available and ready to jump in.

Once I was properly trained with the software it was very easy and I enjoy using.

I feel Hatch is a great software that fills a the gap for many industries that need to automate lead source followup. I can't imagine a better lead source software.

We are currently disputed this with our bank as hatch is quite unreasonable about their own limitations and utter failure to set us up with what they promised.

The downsides are that this app is faking it until they make it. It is a half-baked tool that cannot be configured by the end-user.

You have to sign a contract. If you dislike hatch or hatch does not follow through on the work that needs to be done on their end, then you are out of luck and stuck in a contract.

Its been great & the customer service is very helpful.

Hatch refused to acknowledge cancellation. Refused to return emails.

If you are interested in nurturing your lead you can utilize a basic chrome extension to do what this software does.

I love the automation for following up with leads and the ability to make drip campaigns. Navigation of Hatch is very easy for any user to pick up.

Love that it helps keep us in contact with clients.

Customer Service Horrible - Avoid getting - they will charge your card first - they are not interested in long term relationships. Just keeping monthly charges.
