I would like to share my overall experience of the software because I have been using it for quite a while now and when I got to know about its real-time sharing of documents then I understood how it helps to collaborate with multiple teams and work on projects with better efficiency and even improved results. It is a great option guys you can definitely go for it.

The main benefit that I have achieved after using letsmeet is that now my travelling and the cost associated with it have been reduced by more than 60% because this software helps me a lot to manage my employees through video conferencing. It also helps to connect with my team while I am out of station and even when I am on leave a video direction is always a great tool.

I am mostly afraid of the security of video conferencing as we discuss on some of the sensitive topics of the company and these decisions need to be kept private but I am afraid the servers which they provide for conferencing are reliable or not because I feel an issue of reliably with software and also it expensive as compared other free video conferencing tools available.

My experience using let's meet is excellent,I have nothing but success using it.

I like the ease of use. I like that it is supposed to integrate with the meeting platforms, even if that feature did not work for me.

I needed to schedule a meeting on a particular day, which meant using a custom date. I also could not get any of the integrations to work when I tried it. Finally, it picked a date for me based on users responding. But, in this case, not all meeting participants should have been weighed equally. We invited about 6 people, but there were 3 people in particular that needed to be at the meeting and others that didn't. So, when it picked a time that worked for "the most" people, it left someone out who was critical to the meeting. I ended up just having to manually schedule a meeting anyway.

I'm delighted to use Letsmeet to plan and schedule business meetings in real-time.I can easily integrate Letsmeet with Video Conferencing apps like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams thus making meeting scheduling process easier.I can easily share meeting invites links with others using Letsmeet.

I haven't encountered anything that is complicated or detestable with Letsmeet as it meets all my needs.

The UI needs some improvements as it's not that very intuitive and user-friendly. Nevertheless everything else works great.

The current pricing for the subscription plan is a bit steep for us, given that we are a educational organization. I'm still in the exploration phase, and I haven't come across any functional drawbacks thus far.

I manage different sales teams present at different location countrywide. It helped me schedule meetings with my teams that, at times, gets rescheduled . I don't bother anymore about the time slots as i get that information with Letsmeet and it syncs with my calendar

The best part I liked about it is its capacity to integrate with multiple platforms, whether Google Meet or Zoom. It manages my calendar efficiently and the dashboard helps identify the coming meetings visually.

The 'Essential' version is disappointing as it gives only five meetings that can be scheduled. Moreover, the pro version is expensive

Overall, an easy and robust tool for managing meetings

The best thing I liked is that it can easily integrate with my Outlook as well as Google. It automatically syncs my calendar and solves my meeting schedule problems. it provides a informative dashboard to see my scheduled meets at once. Now, i'm able to schedule multiple meets without wasting time manually. Their services are great at the price they offer it.

Nothing to dislike about it, at present. My experience has been positive till date.

Simple tools like calendly/cal.com pushes the responsibility to the invitee and lacks the interaction in the timeslot selection process. With letsmeet I can pick a few slots according to my preference, which the other side can choose from, so I don't need to open up my entire calendar to the public at large.

From my limited use I can't name a thing that I like the least.

It was quite easy to use without having to learn anything new, however, it has features that allow one to do even more.

For one, Letsmeet's free trial is a lot less glitchy and spammy than Doodle's. I am much more likely to purchase Letsmeet because it was actually fuctional, and I can see how I could utilize its features in the future. I also felt that the poll option presented the information more clearly to my clients making the expereince easier for them.

I think there are too many notifications. I don't need to be reminded to create a meeting.
