I used to have to pay a separate subscription to allow customers to reserve seats for classes and Bookings does it for free with a simple and easy to use form.

Ease of use, practically you can do everything very easy.

I promise you guys this is the most accurate way to make an appointment with a company. This is very easy to use and understand which is very good.

I just check my calendar every day and my time with customers is already arranged. I just join the meeting at the time required.

Bookings makes integration with o365 calendars easy and fast.

It keeps all your meetings organized and allow booking appointments. Great comparability with the other applications.

Good product.easy to use. Not the best in the industry but with some improvements it may can come to the best.I recommend it.

To access the full functions user should have the premium version which will cost some bucks. And there are still some functions missing which should include in a scheduling tool.

The home page in the web app is useless. It's got buttons for setting up the first time, but not what you need for day to day stuff isn't there, and there's no apparent way to change it.

Easy to create appointment types and place on our main website. Great flexibility in customer email communications, with reminders of appointments and such.

I thought this was great to integrate with my calendar and not have to go outside the Microsoft suite for a booking tool.

Overall the experience has been great. Both staff and clients love it.

There is no middel person needed to take phonecalls and schedule customers in.

You have full controll over the entire planning. Also for costumers it is all very clear and user friendly.

However, I believe some parts of the program are confusing and the price is a bit much for the product you are receiving.

There are some irritating advertisements which dependably pops up which is diverting.

I use Microsoft Bookings to schedule individual technical support sessions with new faculty members using a personalized scheduling webpage and link.

It is exceptionally simple to learn and truly agreeable to utilize. The interface is particularly easy to understand.

There are boxes for customer notes and internal notes. However, once you put anything in there, the boxes are no longer labeled as to what they are.

I tried this program in order to allow clients to book with me. They stated that it was simple and they liked the fact that there were confirmation emails and reminders sent.

There are many tools that provide the same type of service as Bookings but the security of the Microsoft suite was important to us.

It's really accurate and easy to use, I can post my availability and the client can book the appointment.

The next access tier down is that they can view bookings, but not create or modify them. That's next to useless, if you ask me.

I have spent quite a bit of time reading about this and changing the time zone settings. I have contacted customer support.

I like that the software integrates with our Outlook Calendar. I can easily change users availability and it makes it easy for clients and our staff to schedule appointments.

Has great automatic reminders. Great application for making appointments with companies.

I like the concept of bookings online. While this software was easy to set up, the backend work did not function how I had hoped.

While that is the case most of the time, there are a lot of older people who struggle to use wifi and that is the downfall to this program.

I especially like that it builds in downtime between my calls with clients. This gives me the flexibility to prevent back-to-back meetings without having to manage it myself.

Of recent, the information about Corona Virus and keeping up to date with the worlds changes through the challenges of operating a business. The online help chat with quick turn around response.

Consistently unhelpful, it’s a work it out yourself approach. So if you’re not tech savvy, expect to struggle.

I love the layout and how easy Neko is to use. It is so customisable if you want it to be or you can use it for basic needs too.

Sometimes I find I've  entered  the wrong  curreny and can't change the sale without cancelling transaction and  starting again.

It has tons of functionality, is affordable & easy to use.

Doesnt notify you when running out of credit therefore stops sending reminder texts to clients with no notification. Doesnt alert you if client replies to a text other than Yes or No.

Value for money, great analyses, tailor-made beauty salon software, good customer service. Very helpful tool to analyse our sales, follow the staff's turnover.

We did not progress the trial due to the requirement for a credit card during the set up process.
