The only problem we really have with the software is a batch related issue were we can not assign a different international bill too person.

Since it is all web based we cannot make any edits to a shipment, if something is wrong or missed you have to delete the entire shipment and start over.

And it is nice to ship internationally and have the paperwork printed - that was a great time saver.

Overall happy with the product and the continued upgrades.

Inability to prevent a shipment from shipping when an order does not have a Job Number. Also inability to move shipments from one job to another if a wrong job number is supplied.

Integration with UPS and Fedex works well. And the ability to important mass quantities of drop shipments and have them show up in pace is great.

I like the fact it connects with pace and I can do 90% of my shipping in one place. The customer service reps I’ve worked with are phenomenal.

The interface is very tired and not intuitive. The batch import is nothing short of a pain to use for laymen users and even experienced users have to re-format files several times to get them to pass.

Does the job, but is lacking modernization and a friendly UI.

I love that fact that it will email when a shipment is processed. I can choose myself, if I just want to know when something is headed to a vendor or something.

Overall, the product works but there are a few workflow issues that are difficult to troubleshoot.

Easy to use with the integration with EFI Pace software. Imports information from Pace reducing time spent processing the shipment.

It is great how easy it is to UPS or FedEx a package within PrintSmith.

There is no report available to see the cost and the sell price of the shipments so we cannot be sure the mark up is being applied correctly.

After numerous webexes, delays and lack of results, my team dug into it and discovered that there is  problem with the a multiplier in the ProcessShipper code.

I think one of the worst features is the setting up of scales in the system.

When doing bulk shipments the import will fail and you will get a completely unhelpful generic error so it is hard to troubleshoot what the error is. International shipments generally don't work.

With integration back to MIS we save time in capturing costs. Support needs improved--see above.

There is always an error, so we've stopped using Process Shipper for Canadian shipments. We reached out to Process Shipper support over a year ago to try to trouble shoot it.

Upgrades can be a chore and Customer Service can sometimes be hard to get a hold of when there are issues.

I have called the EPI people who are in charge of Process Shipper and leave them voicemails and emails with no response.

The set up screens in the Administration area are difficult to navigate to find what you need whenever any changes are necessary in the programming.

The software has not kept up with carrier integrations from either UPS or FedEx the interface is dated and basic things are missing.

Ease of use and ability to see multiple shipping quotes.

It is also very nice to be able to set up how you want to pass along the shipping costs to your customers - either at listed rates, or at your discounted cost, or at some other determined calculation.

It is even worse on the first load of the day. And the UI is atrocious.

I like that ProcessShipper is integrated to MIS and with small package carriers. Our previous software required annual updates of small page rates.

Netstock is very easy to use. The Dashboard is simple to navigate and understand.

Some of the settings are a little difficult to find but once you find them they are intuitive.

A great product that has become a fundamental part of our procurement strategy.

Have used and trained in lots of other ERP systems, including market leaders, and this is very simple but effective. Highly recommend for both those new to supply chain systems and regular users.

We have reduced our working capital by trusting their safety stock formula and maintain exceptional levels of product availability.

The software is easy to use with a GUI which is very easy to the eye. The business insights are fantastic, and it does what it says on the tin.

Excellent implementation and after sales support. An invaluable tool for inventory planning.

The onboarding team were excellent and the process was the best implementation of software we have ever experienced.

It's also a a shame that you cannot see your own historic comments (or make new comments) whilst adjusting forecasts.

Great system providing your EPS is all good and up to date.

When there is a question or issue the support team at Netstock are always there to help, really fantastic customer service support.

The software is user friendly with strong online help. Great low risk adoption commercial model.

Nothing really i am still learning about it and cant say that i came across anything i dont like.

Managing the dashboard daily helps to improve stock as time goes. We are able to identify access stock and make a decision on how to move it.

The simplicity of the layout of the dashboards, and the ease to navigate for information.

The forecasting functionality meets the requirement but does not continue into hierarchical demand management.

The solver ability to build orders up to a volume (such as a container) is a real time saver as well.

We now have a robust inventory management process that does not rely on excel, and we have confidence in the recommended order output. We have automated the process and are saving time.

Netstock support team are amazing and make Invensoty Advisor come to life.

We now have around 3000 SKU's and use 80 odd suppliers while turning inventory around 8.5 times per annum with minimal excess so we think it's our best investment yet.

Overall experience has been great. It has been an immense asset to our company and my personal workflow.

I love that this software is intuitive and shows me stock out and potential stock outs. I never had that visibility before.

The integration into the business was extremely easy.

Easy to use, easy to visually see what stock is in other regions/hubs.

The Dash Boards is the best as you van get a quick overview of the current status. It is easy to use the product and show it to a total stranger to the product.

Visibility is excellent. It's up to date (real time) and we've enjoyed using the Categorization of items (AH, AM etc) to improve our planning/buying situation.

It has allowed for a much greater visibility of our inventory holding and disbursement for our company. This is a bonus to the higher accuracy and ease of replenishment and planning for inventory.

Not being able to select a forecast model, no user date stamp on manual forecast changes.

Straightforward inventory planning software achieving great results.

Whilst there is no way to edit previous one off spikes in demand that could affect future forecasting they have introduced options to smooth peaks and manage the effects of seasonality.
