Not all modules are integrated, software is weak in Master Reports. As an admin i cannot fetch master reports.

SD is very responsive to requests and quick to implement solutions.

There hasn't been anything that has made me feel bad  but Testing necessitates some downtime due to communication issues with warehouse equipment, however this is not a system flaw.

We have not have any major issues, and any minor issues are addressed timely. The software as a service is more than capable at scaling to our constantly changing volume due to seasonality.

I have not experienced anything that would reflect a negative.
